Can an admin PLEASE give us the option to remove these in the control panel, they are driving me mad and a lot of other people I think.

I agree Matt, I really want to turn them off, it takes the page longer to load.

I've saved them in a format that will be quicker to load. By the way your animated avatar takes twice as long to load as the forum icons took (now the avatar is 14 times slower).

Erm, some people have much longer duration on their animated avatars then mine? Mine's fairly short.

but still bigger than the icons :flower:

636804 (< size of your av) divided by 1074 (< size of 1 icon) = 592

So your av is 592 times the size of 1 icon..

592 divided by 30 (amount of icons) = 19.8

So your avatar takes 19 times as long to load lol x
