Being a fan of Jade Goody, I know exactly how you feel. People think someone does something bad or displays a certain trait and suddenly you can't like them anymore. Its not that simple.

I think the people who make personal remarks towards people because of who they support is a bit sad. You can always just flip it around on to them but thats if you want to drop to their (personal) level.

I have exactly the same problem. Just because you are a fan of someone who was involved in widespread controversy, they think you condone whatever element was involved in the situation. So for the first few months after CBB5 when I still was a fan of Jade, people instantly assumed I condoned racism, but I suppose some people are just narrow minded.

If it helps I really dislike Dennis but think you are a great user and all I think is that you can favour what you like. It's ashame you are feeling this way. :hug:
