Thats the reason why I like the promos so much. Red on a white background so its fresh and means a new start like Season 1. Can not wait :cheer2:

I'm glad I started watching online after the first few aired in the UK, the gap has been tiny between seasons for me. I hate the year gap.

LOL I think it will be a good season after the 5 year skip - it gives it a fresh new start.

Hugo 26-08-2008 12:30 PM

The second half of S3 ads have started on C4, they're really good.

Kevin 26-08-2008 12:35 PM

Aww, this tripe still going?

Tom4784 26-08-2008 12:36 PM

I read a story that Marc Cherry (the Showrunner) Is only doing 7 seasons and then he is ending it.

Don't forget who got you into it. :nono: LOL.
Season 4 was very well received. I think the huge mystery surrounding the Mayfair's just reminded everyone of the mystery that made the show popular in season 1. Can't wait for S5!

Yeh, that is true it was in an interview with a magazine which I can't remember, we'll just have to wait and see, 3 more season is still great though.

Yeah the show/actors are contracted until 2011. That doesn't mean there will be 7 seasons though. Unless the ratings drop a lot, it could still get cancelled. But they have improved and are still above 20 million 5 years in. It probably will end season 7!

Hugo 26-08-2008 12:43 PM

The ratings are still good and probably will be untill S7, Marc won't right beyond that he won't want to spoil such a great show.

MarkWaldorf 26-08-2008 12:51 PM

I know. :sad
Anyone seen this before? >> http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=weJpL6...eature=related

Hugo 26-08-2008 12:57 PM

I saw it yesterday while going through promo's, I like the bit where Susan starts the fire xD Reminds me of the one she started in Season 3 with the barbacue? I think it was =D Susan is hilarious

MarkWaldorf 26-08-2008 12:58 PM

LOL
I think my favourite is either the S1 UK one or the S4 one. You?

\PJ/ 26-08-2008 01:00 PM

I have watched all the episodes now and thanks again markus with help from season 1.

Hugo 26-08-2008 01:00 PM

ooh!

Hugo 26-08-2008 01:01 PM

^^^^^ Mike is dead ??

Hugo 26-08-2008 02:48 PM

If it went onto Season 8, I can see it having a whole new cast and characters so I would rather it end then.

When will Desperate Housewives season five air on Channel 4?
A: After the debacle that led to the postponement and subsequent bisection of season four, Channel 4 has a treat in store for Housewives fans. I hear that season five will follow straight on from season four in October, putting us on a delay of around four weeks from the US.

Tom4784 30-08-2008 12:23 PM

YAY!!!!! I hope it does, apparently we're getting the next series of Ugly Betty quick too.
