i know its bad for you but drinking diet coke helps,it makes you feel full and its like 1 calorie or something

My biggest vice is crisps, I am literally addicted to them, I can't go a day without them and if I can get away with it, I'd eat too. I use telly as an excuse, like "Oh something big is happening in Corrie tonight, I'll have a a packet when I watching!".

hmm, it means you should eat more in the day obviously! i remember reading you should have 5 portions of food a day [small] as it'll fill you up and it's better than 3 meals a day.. eating slower fills you up too :) |
