ahahaha that was so funny.
LOL at the cooking, and when they kicked the turkey along the floor/shaved with it.

Tom 26-12-2008 01:32 PM

LOL one of the funniest things ever

it was a load different than usual mainly because it wasn't done in real time, the comedy wasn't subtle and it got a bit surreal (even David and Denise wouldn't put a turkey in the bath) but they still got the relatable things spot on like when someone knocks on the door. Dunno about anyone else but when someone unexpected knocks on thats EXACTLY what happens with us :joker:

still a really good episode though

supernoodles! 26-12-2008 01:34 PM

and when they were making the punch ,with lemonade in for the non drinkers lmao

Magic 26-12-2008 01:35 PM

LOL Laura, I know.
And I agree Tom, also I think their were less of those kind of 'silent' moments.

JOSHUAH! 26-12-2008 01:39 PM

I loved it. Funniest part was when David had the trolley with the punch, and as he went from the kitchen into the living room, it all spilt on the floor!

hahhaha.
And I just loved the recling chair bit where two would be recling, and someone else is sat in the middle. Why design a chair like that!?

Edit - MSN everyone?

Scarlett. 26-12-2008 03:31 PM

Thinking back, it was quite unrealistic compared to all the other episodes
but it worked well

xERFx 26-12-2008 03:35 PM

Not really, the only unrealistic things were the turkey and things like that. The answering the door, switching places to avoid people yoy hate and the recliner were spot on :laugh2:

" david senior senior was a wetter"

" as was his dad david senior senior senior"

Scarlett. 26-12-2008 03:40 PM

Aye, I know, it wasnt too unrealistic, its just we are used to seeing em just sat around watching TV

It was strange not being in the Royle's house

AngRemembered 26-12-2008 04:40 PM

LOL, very funny, absolutely fantastic, I'll never complain about Christmas dinner again knowing some folk had mashed cuppa soup, mashed carrots with stork and wattery gravy for a main course hmmmmmmmm :yuk::joker:
