My take on it is pretty simple. She either slept with Ben before she came in the house. Or she wants him now, and cant help it, which makes her cry whenever Coolio hints at it.
Plain and simple. Any girl here can attest that if they were Michelle, and felt nothing for ben, they would just laugh it of.

Michelle is a cheat, she proved that when she ****ed Andy Scott Lee's friends. She is going to sleep with Ben when they are out of the house, or something already has happened with them before they went in. Coolio saw this before most of us and pointed it out, and because he brought the situation to light she dislikes him and brings on the fake tears- because her boyfriend will notice what she is really like.
