£2trillion - the terrifying total national debt... that's
£33,000 for every man, woman and child in Britain

What a Legacy.
Yes the World is in a Mess thanks to the Toxix Debts from the Yanks
but the UK under dithering Brown
has wrecked our future.

It is time for a Change.

We need a Election.
Why blame this on New labour.
Every country in a similar situation
is doing the same thing.
ie boosting their economies by increasing public spending
and shoring up the banking system.
Are you Carol Thatcher?
Why do you post in haikus?

Britain's leading business organisation, the CBI, launched an extraordinary attack on the Government's recovery plans, saying there was 'little sense of a coherent strategy'.

Dithering Brown has wrecked the UK
Many want a Election.

No I am not Thatcher
she is working on the Ch5 Wright Stuff Panel.
CBI saw zip..
Why do you quote them today?
Business were to blame.
like I said ... why are you quoting CBI given that #1 it was their poor management skills that let this happen ... not the Labour party... and #2 they didn't foresee the disaster so what credibility do the CBI have?. It's stupid to then quote them as authorities on these things given that they and the business/financial community dropped the ball so spectacularly. If you could answer without your stupid 5 word haikus that would be great. String a sentence together mate.

They are not in power yet - it does not need a answer,

Brown has no money left
dangerous for us.

NettoSuperstar! 20-02-2009 01:56 PM

Of course it needs an answer! Hello! You dont vote someone in without knowing what they are going to do to change things and how they are going to benefit the country! Jesus Christ

I'll give you an answer

They will not benefit the country. They will make a bad situation worse!

The CBI is well valid.
they and the world finance sector are responsible for this mess. Quick easy money... no checks and balances... no questions asked. A congo line of idiots that have undone us all. They didn't even see this on the horizon and if they did they decided not to act...... but you think the suits that speak for them ( the CBI) are ...lol "well valid". Hows that mate? If your having a prob typing I'm in no rush. let's hear it.

NettoSuperstar! 20-02-2009 02:00 PM

Labour did a lot to boost this countries economy! what they didnt do is a keep a closer eye on the banks and corrupt greedy corporate fatcats and they should have done! Dont think the Tories would have done anything different, because its them that started the fire mate!

With the Torries it would have been worse because what screwed us was how deregulated the banking system was. This belief in "the market" sorting it out seems a joke when they come asking for cash from the state. Under the Torries the Banks would have had next to no regulation and would have gotten into greater trouble. Australia has a highly regulated Banking system and since the crisis 4 out of the top 15 Banks in the world are now Aussie banks. Before that they were ranked between 50 -100th. Government regulation didn't allow them to get too greedy and make stupid financial choices. Had the torriesb een in power this would have been so much worse for the UK.

arista 20-02-2009 02:15 PM

Thats what you think.

But New Labour has had 12 years
or destroying the UK.

New Labour ID cards made by a Yank company
will cost billions,
Bot LibDems and Conservative will scrap that waste of money.

New Labour are not in fashion.

ange7 20-02-2009 02:26 PM

omg answer the questions instead of going on these strange ID cards tangents. Try to focus. ( clicks fingers)
2 points are on the board for you to answer.
#1 CBI credibility ( "well valid" was funny but didn't cut it)
# 2 The part deregulation played in the financial meltdown and whether a conservative governments policy of greater financial freedom for banks would have led to even greater losses. Losses that UK taxpayers now have to pay.
