Hey, where is your audition ? I've applied but haven't recieved my letter yet and I'm in Scotland. I got through last year, had to face producers twice then go through a screen test before I got to the judges and they couldn't come to a decision so they said they would send me back for a year to practice and if I had improved then I'd be through. I'm part of a duo named R and B, we sung Tears for Fears - Head Over Heels. This year we're doing Maroon 5 - This Love or Take That - Patience. P.S. Once you face the Screen Test part, they will ask you to provide a second song, my advice is to pick a nice upbeat song and a ballad just to keep things even.

Fom, I dunno what you think about the song but It's All Coming Back To Me Now could be really good for your voice, or something jazzy.

I am having mega trouble deciding. I just listened to that song, it is worth a shot, but I don't think its THE song.

Mine's May 6th but idk if I'll go [due to it clashing with college]

I can't go now because it clashes with my french exchange . faill.

Luckily mine is on a saturday during the holidays so its perfect. Me and my sister are putting together a picnic and are gonna make a day of it, we are turning up at 5am... fully prepared.

Currently my audition song is 'Chasing Pavements' having doubts though and thinking of changing it last min!

Gotta get through the producers first, thats the hardest bit I reckon... I don't think I will but hell I am gonna give it a damn good shot!

What do you guys think about me doing a not so popular song? Up to the mountain suits my voice fantastically and really showcases it so I am thinking of doing it, but its by Patti Grffin... a not so popular song writer.

I dunnooo... loads of people have got through with not so popular songs, Laura White for example.
