At least every day, it depends how often I get a shower which is at least once a day, but today I'll have 3 :joker: (when i got up, after gym, before i go out)

Every morning. I hate the feeling of "bed hair" in the morning. I like it when it's light and soft. Plus it's easier to style after being washed and blow dried.

Every time I take a shower so twice a day generally.
Or 3 when I come back gym/rugby/handball.

I cant believe people shower more than once a day, if I go to the gym or work out I don't shower before it lol. I wash my hair every day usually, unless its weekend or a holiday, then I go 2-3 days sometimes, but only if im not going out. I don't leave the house without a shower.

I wash it whenever I take a shower which is twice a day.

My hair is quite thin, so when I wash it it stays fluffy for ages. But with it being thin it means I can never style it after it gets too long.

I wish I diddnt feel the need to wash mine so often because it fades my hair colour so much quicker plus its bad for my hair all those products,blow drying and straightening.I do somehow still manage to have the shiniest hair ever though.:puzzled:
