Raised. Lowered is just stupid as you dont get good camera views, the adience cant see the HM properly and it looks cheap and tacky.

Personally I'd ditch the crowd too. I liked the set up back in CBB2 with them using the side entrance - a bit of music, short walk to meet Davina, short walk to the studio (now the Big Mouth studio) with a small but perfectly formed crowd waiting inside.
