I think it's time this thread got more recognition. For a lot of people, myself included, 80's music is the best around.
https://si0.twimg.com/profile_images...teRadio80s.png Here's some of my favourites: Michael Jackson - Man In The Mirror. My favourite song of all time. Michael Jackson - Billie Jean Live. MJ in his prime. When he stole the show at Motown 25. King of Pop <3 Prince - Purple Rain. A genius. Very underrated imo. Madonna - Crazy For You. Queen of Pop. Bangles - Manic Monday. A song written by Prince. The story goes that he went on a date with the lead singer, Susanne Hoffs, and he chucked her a tape with the song on and said here's a hit. A hit it was. Reaching number 1 in their native US. KC and the Sunshine Band - Baby Give It Up. 80's classic. Jermaine Stewart - We Don't Have To Take Our Clothes Off. What a classic! Dan Hartman - I Can Dream About You. From one of my favourite films, Streets of Fire. Dead or Alive - You Spin Me Round (Like a Record). Pete Burns before he turned, well, you know... Joan Armatrading - Drop The Pilot. An amazing track. <3 Genesis - Invisible Touch. Another classic. Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody. A fantastic song written by the genius Freddie Mercury. |
Of course the MJ songs<3
Got to include this<3 |

Love this one, Juan_Sheet. Pointer Sisters - Slow Hand. |
Apologies in advance for the really vague explanation. Song on the radio yesterday, oldie. I believe it's from the 80's. It sounded like the guy singing was a reggae artist, or at least sounded a bit that way. Only lyric I remember is... 'It's You' (yes that's it :( )... was an upbeat song.
