I don't drink tea or coffee or most fizzy drinks. Me on caffeine-not a good idea! I'm bad enough on a sugar high.

Lmao. I just got lucky getting tickets and got very poor! Well worth it though,they make me happy,that's all that matters really.

For me caffeine has the opposite effect, it make sme sleepy, im just so used to it, it does the opposite.
And Nescafe is lovely when you put 3 teaspoons of sugar!!!

Theirs actualy a science behind that. Caffeine gives you short term energy but once you have come down off it you feel even more tired than you would have been otherwise. Cant beat Red Bull though. You can honest to god feel yourself getting smarter after a can.

I adore Red Bull but i have it about 4 times a year, i just never buy it, I need one right now actually.

I've only once actually felt more awake after red bull, and that was when I was in the school play and hadn't slept properly for about 3 weeks..

When I go to starbucks I buy 2 double espressos and then just put them both in one cup hahaha, I love espressoooo
