as far as i know he has never been arrested, just gets loadsa crap from people who were intimidated by him.

people are selling fake stories to the press to make him look bad, he is a really nice genuine person, wait for him to come outta his shell, he is AWESOME!

Cant be bothered to read the original post again but I think it said he was arrested. Not charged, Not cautioned, just arrested and the CPS decided for whatever reason not to prosecute. On that basis and that basis alone, even if the story were true then the man is innocent or are we going to hang everyone? Anyone ever been wrongly accused of anything (even at home) would understand that this is how our justice system works.
If there is some truth in it though it does not stop the Mirror printing it as there is some truth in it, obviously.

Same... just because he won the election by hundreds of votes, the people who lost against him kept trying to make stuff difficult. I want him to win, he deserves it... Go sreeee lol.

All I have seen is a very decent and sensible sounding man, possibly playing a good game, however his 'lack of confidence' soon returned when we was voted into the main house
Little bit surprised about his lack of knowledge about the show, would anyone go on BB without having watched it before:spin2:

It doesn't say rape, it says sex attack. This could "simply" be a quick grope.

Secondly, the charges were dropped, which means he was either innocent or she didn't press charges. In the eyes of the law, he's 100% innocent.

We won't know whether or not it happened, but BB is not at liberty to prevent him from going in the house just because it's listed on his record - the charges were dropped and therefore he was simply accused then let off.
