Look, I am not trying to be disrespectful, but he was just a pop star. He was not a family member or a friend. It's not important enough.

HELLIWONTGO 25-06-2009 11:02 PM

and lived a very priveledged life style few of us will ever know about!

Alf 25-06-2009 11:02 PM

in bb3 they showed an england world cup game,
so they could do it

MrGaryy 25-06-2009 11:03 PM

WTF, of course they shouldn't.

Shannieg 25-06-2009 11:03 PM

Absolutely I think they should know. He's iconic, it's a game show not a prison.

Come on if they get to know about what position Umbrella is on the charts then they should know that Michael Jackson is dead.

brian3 25-06-2009 11:06 PM

I could be wrong here. But I dont think they told the BB6 Hm about the 7/7 bombing. So why should they say about Micheal Jackson

The only person they should be told about is a family member.

No, the producers shouldn't.

If I remember correctly the BB6 housemates weren't informed of the July 7th London Bombings, something which could have directly affected some of them, so if they weren't informed of a situation as serious as that then I don't think they should be informated of the death of a celebrity, no matter how famous or talented they are.
agreed!

He was nothing to me Enid. People overeacting to as you say was just a pop star.

BIG-BRO-FAN 26-06-2009 01:07 AM

Some of you are rather disrespectful. Would they've told the house when Princess Diana died?

So? I really don't care about celebrity status. It's all too superficial for me.

The fact is, the HMs don't need to know. That's all I'm going to say on this matter.

arsenalforever 26-06-2009 01:17 AM

****

I think they should tell the house. The biggest cultural icon in etertainment passed away...why not throw a Michael Jackson tribute for the HM's? I think it would be cool seeing as they've had members of the Jackson family in the BB house before.
