The Prodigy fucking own. Can't wait to see what they do next. It was amazing in 2008 watching them spring back to be as good as they ever were. Such a riddiculously good live act. The lads really throw themselves into the performance. It's amazing to see.

man they outdid Oasis in Slane a few years back, it was so unexpected but not if you know what I mean.... like I knew Liam and Noel had problems but they arrived seperately and didnt look at each other once on stage kind of spoiled their performance

Shaun 25-04-2011 09:01 PM

A mate of my dads said the same thing down the local. My dad was shocked because his a complete electrophobe and he loves Oasis but yeah. The Prodigy walked all over Slane that year. I love Oasis too but they just weren't into it that night.

I've managed to convince him since that believe it or not most good electronic acts put on shows as opposed to just pess 'play' and stand there.

The Prodigy are to release a live CD and DVD/Blu Ray of their Warrior's Dance Festival show.

The concert, which was filmed last July, took place at Milton Keynes Bowl.

"A lot of thought went into the place where we could throw the best party," bandmembers Liam Howlett, Keith Flint and Maxim explained in a statement. "We never wanted the typical stadium venue, so Milton Keynes Bowl was perfect for our first ever UK Warrior's Dance Festival 'coz it felt like a mad party in a field.

"The night was massive for us. It was important to us to bring a proper festival day and night for the people to remember and bring the same intense atmosphere like when we play Brixton Academy... and it was.

"We never intended to do a live DVD, but when we saw the footage we knew it had to be done... and born out of that we realised we had a great live album too!"

The live CD and DVD/Blu Ray packages are titled World's On Fire and will be available to purchase on May 23.
