Also, I see no sign of Freddie being 'jealous'. If anything, he is beginning to openly scoff at Kris and Dogface. I think he is happier away from them, just wants some people more like him in there.
He is jealous that a boring tool like Kris 'got' Sophie; he said in the first week how he fancied Sophie and she's the type of girl he doesn't get to meet much in the real world.
I don't think you can judge him by what he said in the first few days. It is human nature that when you meet a new group of people, a part of you wants to fit in. I think he thought he would be able to get on with this group of people, and 'fancied' Sophie as a new experience.
When he got to know the housemates more, his true character came to the fore, he realised he couldn't conform and is not jealous of Kris, but I think he pities them and doesn't particularly want to be around them. And he has no affinity with Sophie at all.
It is too easy to claim people are 'jealous' of each other. It is more complex than that, and I think Freddie is over his passing crush.

I may see a girl who looks sexy (as Sophie does, she's not good looking), and 'fancy' her, especially if I'm going to be in a house with her for three months. But when you get to know the person and she is as vacuous and shallow as Sophie, I would be over them, trust me. Your post seems to suggest that fancying someone is not transitory. Where is your evidence he still likes her?

I'm not sure if he still likes her, but that's the impression I got. It does suck being an outsider to the main social group though, you feel left out. Even though the public are backing him. But like I said, the public can change faces very quickly. See Noirin.

Why should Freddie go? I couldn't even imagine watching without him.:conf2:
