you're commenting on my spelling? that's how low you'll go? silly really..... and anyway americans would say that's the right way to spell it. and by the way, you've had your fair share of spelling and grammatical errors that i haven't drawn your attention to because to do so would be just plain silly and infantile.

Sorry setanta - what Squire was saying is valid and my professional boxer analogy is not sexist/invalid. I dislike her strongly, but you've gotta admire the bit of shenanigins that has got her from sink estate to millionaire geek. AND done for all the reasons people are alluding to I'm telling you.

no no, of course there's valids points. i was just reacting to his initial comment which was fairly sexist.

You spelt nearly every word incorrectly :laugh2:

What I said was absolutely right...if women have good looks and no intelligence or breeding, they have every right to use those looks to find a better life...

Insult. and also that analogy is awful - you're turning it into a slippery slope argument (yes i do critical thinking ****)

You're simple.

This argument's over. :wavey:

Claymores 18-07-2009 09:45 AM

Peace again setanta - we always battle

Is this a Marcus/Nora situation!!!! LOL :laugh::laugh2::bigsmile:

I also tend to talk quite forthrightly about Karly's bad points as our town is about 40,000 people and folk have views we express on the street but possibly not wise to do so on a forum (80,000 evict votes came from Methil alone as many were on redial since lines opened!)

setanta 18-07-2009 09:51 AM

I'm all for a bit of arguing as long as it doesn't get personal.... this other chap is a bit of a joke, commenting on my spelling and stuff like that. Has a chip on his shoulders and sure his spelling was all over the shop and I didn't say a word.
He can't understand that I was saying that his first comment could be perceived as being a little sexist, that's all. I don't think he likes anyone calling him up on anything.

Jayson 18-07-2009 09:52 AM

Kenneth has the money and the charm to pull any bird he wants, he is BB's playboy

I think you took exception to us, he took umbridge at your retort and it got a bit fractiouus and unproductive - setanta and Squire to the DR to cool down and shake hands

Maybe he'll negotiate to buy Halwit's family pile LOL. Halfwit's parents maybe hoping so as big big houses are so notoriously expensive to maintain!!!

setanta 18-07-2009 10:05 AM

Yeah, I just wasn't happy with his first comment and I still believe it was an insensitive thing to say. I enjoy arguments as you well know but I do have a problem when it gets personal. I just find it funny how people react to criticism on here. He decided to go for a few low blows.

Don't insult other members

setanta 18-07-2009 10:12 AM

You don't want to know what I think of you. I'll keep my own counsel on that score because I don't like to lower myself to personal insults on a forum.

Setanta I'd ignore him.... Definitely don't think this needed to get personal :bored:

Why is Squire actually still allowed to post here?

He's an abomination.

HellShark 18-07-2009 10:37 AM

As much as women like to pretend otherwise the men will always be providers by nature. He is rich and needs a toy to play with and something to dangle on his arm for show. Both are fulfilling natures wishes.

suttin 18-07-2009 10:45 AM

clear as day isn't it?
She's with him because he is absolutely LOADED!!
He's not an ugly guy (im a staight male) but he seems kinds boring to me from what i saw of the live feed late last night.

He's with her because she has got an arse to die for, and he must love tapping it until the cows come home.
Carly came across as quite a nice girl in her interview tho, but all that money (even tho she'll be making her own now but still not in the same leage) is too tempting....

SiaSiaSia 18-07-2009 10:48 AM

Stop turning this into an argument or I'll close the thread

Yep. In fact, on last night's show, Kenneth said he knew that Karly was with him for his money, but that he made him happy (or entertained him or something like that I forget the exact words). He is 100% about money. He even admitted it. So, to him, I am sure it is just like paying more for a good steak or wine or whatever.

Patrick 18-07-2009 11:26 AM

Oh the minute she looked into his eyes she knew it was love...

 What do you think it was?
They even addmitted that they dont care that their with eachother for the wrong reasons...

She wants his money
He wants her in bed...Who dosent

Simone. 18-07-2009 11:27 AM

I think he's pretty gorgeous actually. Bit full of himself though.
