Several previous HMs have been evicted for bullying.
Marcus has not because he doesn't bully. The primary test for bullying must be that the victim is threatened or frightened.
None of the present HMs have shown the slightest sign of fear around Marcus. That is because he is harmless and amusing and entertaining and they all recognise that his words and actions are part of the excellent GAME he is playing.
He is the first HM in 10 years to have sussed out the game, to genuinely not care what others, including BB and the public, think of him.
He is also quite crude and lewd in some of his superficial opinions.
I hope he stays.
