YouTube videos are the only type of vid you can make avatars from I'm afraid.

To ask, just put the YouTube URL and the time's that you want as your avatar (ie. 00:12 - 00:20)

I can make animated avatars or icons from banners.




I can also write on avatars, animated or still (see picture #2)

Additionally, I can make animations to be put into banners (ie. larger versions of avatars, see picture #9)

I will always try and make sure that your avatar is done ASAP.
