no, when the deal was renewed before bb7 it stated that all series would be 13, hence why all series since bb7 have been 13 weeks long

The staircase has returned to being just one set of stairs (BB6/7/8 style) The outdoor staircase has also been altered. I can reveal that the Diary Room is in the main house, unlike BB9/10. There will be 2 bedrooms (one boy themed, one girl themed) The garden will be much bigger than recent years and will include a chicken pen, the main house will also feature a gold fish bowl. There will be a larger pool than in BB10. There are three different task rooms within the house. The The kitchen is attached to the main living area, similar to BB9 but larger. The main living space includes the sofa's which will be where the housemates will sit during evictions, nominations etc. There will be a snug in a small room above the garden, very similar to BB6, but this snug will have a bed inside rather than seating. Tokens are back again this year.

the fridge may of been outside but the oven was in the bedroom therefore in was not inside out
BB7 was inside out with the lounge chairs, the dining room table and the chandelier outside. and all the bushes inside
