ALLY001, read it again i said she also attacks people, calling them ugly and mingers even if they have never said anything about her, you are very selective in what you want to hear, she is a big bully who cant handle stuff being said back to her, and if you are not a big fan why are you getting so wound up?

I totally agree with everything that you have said on this post BB Fernzy. The highlights show can be really unfair at times and can make a situation seem totally one sided and can put housemates in a bad light with the public if they didn't watch it live.

I also think that the housemates were not very nice to her because in my opinion she is not a very nice person, if she had been nicer maybe they would have been nicer to her. I think that Michael Barrymore just got frustrated with her because at the beginning they all tried to give her friendly advise and she chose to take it as criticism and began to slag them off, and then started claiming that she was being bullied to enhance her 'poor little me' act. With all the nasty verbal rants that she has put on her blogs etc makes her a lot worse and her poor little me act has back fired with a lot of people now seeing her true colours. The way she is carrying on she is only harming her own career no one else's.

What makes you say I must be a big fan? Do you have to be a big fan of someone to defend them? I just don't like the way people become so hostile towards the underdog, it's irrelevant that the underdog happens to be Jodie Marsh. If you were being attacked without good reason I'd defend you too, unless of course you were wearing fur!!

I couldn't care less if people don't like her either. What I find revolting is the level of hostility towards someone who was already bullied for no reason, and reduced to tears because of it, to then be so hated by members of the public. Unless she did something awful I would never join in with this stupid vendetta people seem to have going.

I have asked for reasons for this hatred and all I am told is that she is rude about people that have attacked her. If that were a valid reason to hate someone then Pete would suffer the same hatred surely? Apparently not..... it's fine for him to behave in this way but not her.....

I want to know why that is, because I suspect a little misogymy at work......

No it doesn't. I have a reason for disliking Pete. He wears the fur of endangered species and he doesn't care. He launched and unprovoked attack and bullied a defenceless young woman and called her a ***** and made her cry (Traci) and then gloated about it. He has shown no kindness. You see, if I dislike someone I form my own opinions and can give reasons.

Also if i feel strongly enough to dislike someone for a particular reason I dislike anyone else who portrays that characteristic, whether they are man, woman, or some weird ****** thing.

So it's her fault she was bullied? And before you argue about the use of the word bullied the anti bullying assoc. have said this was bullying and you cannot deny that 3 men shouting at a young woman is bullying and intimidation.

This is just the sort of attitude that lets bullies win. If you had a child that came home from school in tears after being bullied by the whole class would you tell them it's because they are not a very nice person?

People get bullied because they are seen as weak and an easy target. No other reason! To say it's there fault is thoughtless and irresponsible.

You say Michael got frustrated cos she wouldn't take his advise? Why should she? Who is he, or anyone, to offer unsolicited advise? It's actually very rude to start giving people 'advice' when they don't want it and didn't ask for it.

As for her poor little me act.... she can't win can she. She gets upset it's 'poor little me', she gets angry and verbally retailliates and everyone slates her for being a nasty person.

Truth is, she's an easy target and everyone that slates her without good reason is nothing but a playground bully themselves.

If she didnt want people (not just Michael by the way) to give advice, why did she keep bleating on about how badly treated and portrade she is by the press and that people have called her ugly, minger etc and breaking down in tears as soon as she entered the house. i think anyone would have offered advice to someone who felt that badly to try and help them, i would have, does that make me a bad person??

She didnt want to listen (so ok fair enough if she didnt want to) but yet still kept on about how badly she is being treated by the press etc, which i think is why they got frustrated with her, i think she was just after the sympathy vote. which is why i said the 'poor little me' act, and no i still dont think she was bullied in that house. (perhaps beatbullying saw the edited highlights) i do think pete went to far at times but i think the housemates saw through her thats why most of them nominated her and she was the first out. They were all adults (including Jodie) in the big brother house so your arguement about the children in a classroom is totally out of context. and out of order.

I do think as she is an adult now she should look at herself and ask why are people being like this to me. instead she thinks the whole world is bullying her.

Pete did say nasty things to Traci im not denying that, but Traci chose to ignore his comments, rise above it, and was the better person for it. (that does not mean Traci does not have feelings!) but Jodie chooses without fail to become bitter, angry, and acid tongued to anyone and everyone. why cant she move on and get on with her life instead of holding grudges and hell bent on revenge. she is not a child anymore, If she cant take the fact that some people will not like her or can't handle criticism regardless of the way she acts then what is she doing in the public eye.

So if she was bullied when she was younger i dont think she has had help dealing with it. if she thinks shes being picked on or bullied she thinks its ok to become the bigger bully. you might say she is sticking up for herself but the way i see it that shes uses the same cheap shots as a bully does.

I still think she is vindictive and nasty. as i saw this in her before going into the big brother house. publicly slating ex boyfriends marking them 1 to 10 on a T- shirt she was wearing, thats just vile. she was just making herself look stupid not the ex boyfriends. she also calls people fat and ugly (and a lot more) Abi titmus called Jodie a bully in a magazine i read where Jodie had slated her for being fat and ugly. and this is all from someone that is an ambassador for beatbullying. does she not realise kids are being bullied for them reasons?. jodie can not see she is just as bad now as the people that picked on her at school. Do you honestly think she is going about things the right way? because i dont. like i said before she uses the same insults as a bully does so in my eyes she is one or just as bad as one.

The coat is also vintage, so nothing actually died for his pleasure at all. First of all, it wasn't 'an attack' - it was tongue-in-cheek, which Malibu Traci was fully aware of throughout. Secondly, he didn't make her cry at all - Preston did. Watch the highlights of that night back, and you'll realise that she as good as quotes the comments Preston made when he nominated her (shown live to the other hm's on the plasma screen). So you've not 'formed your own opinions' at all, you simply weren't paying attention to what was being said when you watched the edited highlights. Any more myths you'd like cleared up?

Why do you pick out small parts of what I have put and then ask questions about points that I have already made? Let's go through it.

I said they may not have been that nice to her but she was no angel herself.

I'm fully aware of her dislike for Jordan but the point I made was the horrible way in which she talked about Jordan got Michaels back up and was a reason for why they rowed but they were unable to show her talking about Jordan as it was so vile and due to legal issues.

Firstly and most importantly, Pete's coat IS from an endangered species. The Colobus monkey is a protected species, but it is less under threat than gorilla and therefore had it been gorilla fur it would have been more serious.

But the stupid comment of the week has to be where you said the coat is actually vintage so nothing died for his pleasure. Hello? Are you serious? Something died, it just happened to be along time ago!

Personally I'd still hate him even if he wore rabbit fur. I don't like the type of people that think it's ok for any animals to die in the name of fashion.

Though to be honest, whether she cried or not isn't that relevant, I saw his attack and him call her an LA *****, so that just added to my already low opinion of him. With regards to giving reasons for disliking Jodie - most people have already given their reasons. I'm not going to repeat everything I wrote in my second post on this thread, but all of my personal reasons for disliking her are in there. You don't have to agree with those reasons ally, but people are perfectly entitled to them, and if you don't agree, it does not mean their reasons are not valid.

If you had come in here and made your points in a reasonable manner, people might be more inclined to take notice of what you say. But coming in here, insulting forum members and calling them names will only get people's backs up, and nobody will be inclined to listen to any points you might want to make.

I really enjoy discussing BB with the people on here - and many of us don't share the same opinions about housemates, presenters, etc. but we do manage to have those conversations without insulting each other, and it is generally a very friendly place. It is good to hear other people's points of view, but insulting other forum members is un-necessary and out of order.
