Whilst this tale of Brian's might well be true, Brian does seem to me to be prone to exaggeration and theatrics for the sake of conversational effect/drama.

Is anything and everything Brian comes out with now to be accepted as verbatum gospel?

This. Some guys in here are crucifying Coolio over hearsay.

IMO. It would probably have made 'a big difference' to whom was evicted tonight!!
Did BB realise that this 'omission' would lead to, Nadia being percieved by the public, as the 'overly-sensitive diva' blowing 'a little banter' out of all proportions ,and probably just trying to eliminate a competitor??

Curious decision ......hmmmm? :spin:

Why not just show it in the first place though...

Just C4/Endemol trying to avoid a controversy. CBBC Big Brother

Yeah, now more is being revealed, I suspect that there is much more that the repellent Coolio said which could not be broadcast - he really is a nasty piece of work .....

Without that incident, Nadia would have been in a totally different frame of mind for her second week and the viewers perception totally different .....

I liked Coolio, and believe it or not, I dont think I'm a wanker. He was probably just joking when he said this..

smudgie 04-09-2010 10:00 AM

It was obvious watching LF that something had been said. The HM's were talking about it, but not in enough detail for us to tell what had actually been said and done.
Coolio had been called to the DR on Friday night, then again a couple of times for at least an hour at a time on the Saturday.
Before he was thrown out. BB gave him the chance to agree not to carry on with his bad behaviour towards Nadia, he told them he was not prepared to change, had he not been a celeb that had been paid a very large amount of cash, he would have been out on his backside a lot earlier I reckon.

lostalex 04-09-2010 10:02 AM

Coolio behaved exactly the same this year as he did on his original CBB series. No better, no worse. I found him hilarious.

The producers knew exactly what they were getting when they asked him to be on UBB.

Gimme a break. If you trust Brian as a credible source you arn't very smart.

I trust the 40 camera's in the house on live feed, more than i trust Brian "omg the sky is falling!!!" Dowling.

Brian never lets the truth get in the way of a good story.

Brian was sat around the table along with Nick, Preston, Chantelle and Ulrika. Any one of them could have refuted what Brian had to say but they all agreed.

Are they all lying then?

BTW, the live feed doesn't show everything. So the whole 'we didn't see it so it didn't happen' defence doesn't wash.

None of the others sat round the table at the time refuted Brian's version of events and infact agreed, including Chantelle who in the house was a defender of Coolio.

That is just as easily explained by the interpretation I took from it upon first viewing...... that Coolio had mischieviously enquired whether Nadia had fully gone through the trangender procedure.

That Brian in his camp over-dramatic fashion chose to describe this as 'hassling her whether she had a penis' is more a reflection on the way he talks for melodramatic effect.

That the others didn't immediately demand a verbatum transcript is neither here nor there.

well they all think Brian is the favourite right now, so none of them would dare speak up against Brian. They're all playing the game right now, none more so than Brian. IMHO.

You make it sound like Coolio innocently enquired about the procedure Nadia went through when infact she'd already explained in great detail on the 2nd night to Coolio, in the bathroom.

He knew she was post op, so for him to keep asking the girls to reach up Nadia's skirt to find out whether she still had a penis was downright offensive and was done to mock her and wind her up.

He also referred to her as 'they' as if she is both man and woman.

He's a childish w*nker and baited Nadia in the most offensive way he could.

Oh purlease! First you use the old 'well it wasn't shown so it didn't happen' line.

Now it's they are all scared of Brian's popularity.

Is it so hard to believe that Coolio is an offensive immature tw*t?

Raph 05-09-2010 03:27 PM

This is disgusting. Coolio should've gotten a harsher exit, all of his vulgar behavior should've been shown. My feelings are with Nadia, for being the unlucky victim from two ends - Coolio and Channel 4's Big Brother itself.

_Seth 05-09-2010 03:29 PM

THIS is part of why I'm glad to see the back of BB, because they just don't show everything to save themselves complaints.

flamingGalah! 05-09-2010 03:37 PM

Coolio is a disgusting, washed up, ignorant , sad, old, drug addled, one hit wonder... Hope he never graces our screens again...

BB_Eye 05-09-2010 03:50 PM

Anyone still feel like pretending Coolio got 'stitched up'?

Totally agree, people just hear what they want to hear. I can't stand Coolio but anyone can say something like that as a joke and depending on the type of person you are you either take it or leave it depending on the frame of mind you are in at the time.

Some people on here find what he said funny others don't thats life get over it he left last week, we don't know what was said.

MassiveTruck 05-09-2010 05:44 PM

I really don't think it's that offensive... We've had worse in that house.

Yes but everyone was happy to blame her and see it as her over acting. BB knew exactly what they wanted from Coolio and it backfired and they were still determined to make Victor behave like that but he was sensible enough to refuse their nasty troublemaking behaviour.

I for one hope Nadia sues them and win they deserve it. Coolio might not have been as bad as the papers made out but Nadia was hurt by waht happened and the way she was treated by BB and on leaving the house by the crowd.
