I think it'll take a miracle for us to score a goal never mind win a game! Although we've already bet them at Ibrox 3-0 this season as we do on a regular basis ;)... time to do the business at home against them!
What are they?

I know who they are Claymores i meant what are the odds for them to avoid the drop?:joker:

Aw i didn't know that, can't believe yous have fat Robbo incharge.. he was crap at both Livi and Hearts, maybe yous should try out Yogi ...

I may be thinking of another lower division team here, but wasn't it yous that had financial problems quite recently? Sure i read about it somewhere on the Hibs forum(Hibs.net)

Claymores 26-01-2011 02:37 AM

we're doing ok sean and even eyeing-up a New New Bayview 3rd stadium if the planning consent goes thru - Juke Box Dury is our Assistant Manager to Jambo Robbo. (Juke Box being a famous ex-EFFC and Hibee after we sold him to youz many moons ago)

Suppose it depends if we avoid the drop to 3rd :bawling:

SUPER - can you afford the loss?

I've bet every times on Green Bay opponents during the playoffs and lost a fortune just cos I hate NFC North tossers as a Viking

Heart and betting are not a good combination Andy

Novo 26-01-2011 03:17 PM

I am not really, need to see what Ally is made of first as a manager.. if he's a good as manager as he was a player then it's a safe bet

Locke. 26-01-2011 05:02 PM

Ally will have Rangers finishing below Hearts

Well he can't do any worse then Roy and Kenny

Locke. 26-01-2011 05:09 PM

Kenny will be picking up a nice easy 3 points tonight and making me a nice profit in the mean time. Very good manager.

Walter is a God.. they can go 10 points clear before the split and he'd get Rangers back into it

I don't doubt that Andy - it was a wind-up post which you never bit on. Get behind EFFC even tho you hate Claymoes user!

Claymores 26-01-2011 06:08 PM

Got yer money on the Steelers andy et al? I got a tenner on it October @ 25/1. Just after the Conference games I managed £4k @ 2.3 but I got nervous and laid it off using betfair

Claymores 27-01-2011 08:42 PM

Bugger - Bertfair are trying to whack me for a £117.71 Premium Charge based on my winnings in the week commencing 17 Jan.

So much for the ads saying best prices when they want 20% over and above the commission.

Locke. 27-01-2011 08:55 PM

Here is this weekends winning bet:

Swansea (4th in Championship) vs Leyton Orient (16th in League 1) - Swansea to Win @ 4/9

Aston Villa (13th in Premiership) vs Blackburn (8th in Premiership) - Aston Villa to Win @ 5/6

Burnley (9th in Championship) vs Burton Albion (20th in League 2) - Burnley to Win @ 4/11

Colchester (11th in League 1) vs Peterborough (6th in League 1) - Over 2.5 Goals @ 4/7

£20 on this certainty will be bringing me in £113.50

Novo 27-01-2011 08:58 PM

The last one will let you down, Also can see Blackburn getting something from Villa.. and Burton Albion have already knocked a Championship side out

What a silly Bet

Locke. 27-01-2011 08:59 PM

Burton had their lucky result, Burnley will destroy them.

Villa are looking good again now and will get through to the next round with an easy 3-0 win.

Is that the sort of pennies you thought you were buying TIBB for not long ago?

I don't know whether to cringe or laff at you

Yep you've got to watch betfair. When I used to trade a lot there I'd have several programs tracking lines on a 30 second refresh rate 24 hours a day.

End of the month I had a several hundred pound 'data usage' charge put onto my account. Not nice

I would have just quit Mark and let them try to take me to court for it - except I have the big lay on Superbowl - now I'm praying the Steelers do win

Mark 27-01-2011 09:14 PM

Yeah. I'll be betting the Steelers but I'm going to leave it right until the last minute. Undecided if I'm going to bet them to win yet or jam the line. Probably the latter.

I'll post my weekend picks tomorrow at some point.

What are you on about, I never wanted to buy TiBB :joker:

And I wouldn't spend any money on an internet site

LOL kiddo - you had a whole thread saying you were winning money on the footie and claiming it'd be enough to buy-out TIBB. Didn;t realise you were betting in pittance at the the time!

Locke. 27-01-2011 09:27 PM

Track the thread down and read it again, it was clearly a joke - which everyone who replied could clearly tell. And I had even less money on that bet at the time, was before I was working I think.

Claymores 27-01-2011 09:29 PM

Did you go a whole £1 Mr Gambler?

Novo 27-01-2011 09:32 PM

I remember when Locke put 50p on Chelsea to beat Arsenal at evens once :joker:

I can't see you getting better than 2.3 on the Steelers Mark at any time. I wimped out of the 2.3 by laying off as I've bet against the Pack every round of the playoffs and lost heavily - the curse of Ian means GB will probably win.
