I love how you all think Ben has hit the big time with this appearance on This Morning. You do realised that his interview will probably be sandwiched between an interview with a reformed rapist and an interview with someone who is scared to leave her own house because she has body odour issues.

No one has to watch Ben at all ... but a lot of people are desperate for their next Ben fix ... and the more he does the more people discover him who never would have watched Big Brother ...... (most people don't you know)

Ben is clever, funny, witty, warm and amusing: - and a lot of people without BB baggage or a BB axe to grind are discovering him ... AND enjoying that experience ...

The spite and jealousy from the other BB failures is a small price for the people who 'get' and love his unique style to pay for the privilege of watching him again ... and believe me ... they are watching (and listening) ... they really are ... :spin:

So what? He's the only one of the BB11 lot who has been asked to go on This Morning. I find it quite hilarious that he's going to be on it before the sainted JJJ and Sam Pepper.

Well can you imagine JJJ struggling to keep a conversation going?and I don't think Sam Pepper is all he was cracked up to be,he was great at first but soon showed his true colours!

He is hitting the big time as a matter of fact. He's the only BB11 housemate still in the public eye. Other BB11 housemates are still grasping on the coattails of said show. Ben isn't. He's doing his own thing and getting on with his carear which so far is going swimmingly. :joker:

That's it, you have nailed it with that word, JJ1 has a monotonous voice, and no wit or anything of real interest to say, so nothing to hold any attention for long, apart from the swooning girlies and some women who tend to look past his lack of charisma.

Ben can put a witty slant on stuff when interviewed, and he can hold the attention of the listener, that and having a voice that captures the attention. Ben could be being interviewed and talking about bog rolls, and I would find his voice so honey trickling on the tongue gorgeous I would still be enthralled by it.

Yes Ben voice is lovely quite soothing, I hope people in the media world see the talent Ben has, I think he would make a brilliant preseneter TV or Radio host fresh and new people are needed in the media...:blush:

Next Tuesday (i.e. the same day as the This Morning appearance) Ben is going to the National Film Theatre (BFI Southbank) to see the Coronation Street 50th Anniversary Event with Corin

It was sold out - but they have just released a few more tickets

I am going to be there with AN Other Bennite sitting with Ben and Corin

If anyone out there lives anywhere near London and fancies getting one of the newly released remaining tickets for this they could send me a message and I'll tell you roughly which part of the auditorium we are sitting in

Maybe we'll even have a drink before or after the event? :dance:

I would have loved to come but it's my son's birthday that day (curses self for bad timing all those years ago!). That's another reason I love Ben - he's a Corrie fan like me:blush:

Ben and I went to the Roger Moore screening and interview there together some little time ago ... it is SUCH a great place ... it will probably be Corin's first visit ... she may well fall in love with it too ... they have such interesting sessions ... they even provide the audience with a printout of the cast and crew of all the films they show ... with some interesting thoughts and articles reproduced on the sheet as well ... and there is absolutely NO popcorn eating ... the ONLY place to catch a film ... he he he
