^ Producers obviously want to keep controversial people in for business sense, more PR etc.

It just totally discredits the voting/judging system used on X Factor and it needs to be updated and changed in the future.

bbfan1991 12-12-2010 10:43 PM

I think we're all hypocritical though because if our favourite finished bottom or got lowest votes the week someone else went we would be relieved and happy they are still in, whilst the other person might be another favourite or you don't like them so it doesn't matter to you but it does to their fans;).

Thought you'd like to know. Seen as everyone's got X Factor stat-crazy at the moment. :p

if they had stuck wagner on early and moved katie to 3rd on the week aiden went,i have a feeling aiden wouldnt have been in the bottom two.

im glad paije kicked chers anarexic ass,and he nearly toppled wagner.

Loved how Matt won all weeks bar one.
Loved how 1D never was in the Top 2 despite the huge praise and screaming on fans.
Loved how Wagner was no where near as popular as we though

Didn't love the fact that TreyC went when she got more votes than Katie, same with Paije against Cher, and Katie during all those times, she would have been out in Week 1 if it went to deadlock, FYD would have stayed.

How about the fact the John got more votes than Treyc in week 3 but was eliminated? Of course you don't mention that :joker: This works both ways.

podge2007 13-12-2010 01:36 PM

Some interesting facts;

Even though TreyC had more votes than Katie. it wasn't that big a margin. I remember at the time people said TreyC had 3 times the amount of votes Katie had. Total nonsense

People said the producers didn't have a double elimination in week 3 in an attempt to save Katie but the results show a double elimination that week would have meant TreyC was axed straight away and the sing-off would have been between Wagner and John. Wagner would have gone far sooner than he did.

Mary was shafted by the producers, Simon didn't want Mary beating One Direction to 3rd place.

I am still devastated that Nicolo was the first to leave the X Factor! :bawling:

he wasnt that far away from the weasel, which the weasel should have kicked nicolos butt considering she was one of the biggest talking points of this series.

I'm almost a bit disappointed by these figures, they were quite predictable for the most part, not much variation from week to week.

On week 5 true. The aggregate of all five weeks to that point got Katie on 17.75 = 3.55% average. Treyc came in at 16.7 and averaging only 3.34%. So in fact the public preferred Katie and she stormed to second place week 7, who would have funk it.

The lying about Katie's lack of support is now exposed.

Yes, that explains why she was in the bottom two 5 times. Good choice, Cheryl......

The INTERESTING WEEKS are 5 and 9 (obviously!). Also notice that One Dimension were ahead of Rebecca for the first 4 weeks, but never afterwards. Cowell and that biased One D audience really did try and pull the wool over our eyes and ears!......they never threatened the top two in the final, did they. :nono:
