Just to clarify....as I didn't explain it very clearly, looking back at my post.

Predictions need to be in before the losing team go into the boardroom, which will narrow it down for you, but not after the final three are announced (too easy...lol) I can't get access online at that time so had to pick out of them all last night, and think Edna will annoy them all soon enough and go home. Prediction for tonight is Leon.

I also posted Alex, then edited leon, then edited Alex after people spoke in the boardroom (the team of 7)

You don't, just say it before the final 3 are announced so its basically 1/7, not 1/15. Which is what I did by 2 whole minitues.

Either way I said Alex first, then i heard the boardroom result of the boys losing to the girls and changed to leon and rechanged it to alex straight away, so if so i had Alex anway before the return to the boardroom and you can ask mods to check my editing :).

The two players who predicted Alex to go this week seem to have cut it very fine, and by the time of their posts would have all but known who was going into the boardroom as final three so I am not awarding any points to either player. Sorry if you are not happy with that, I did think carefully about it and will clarify again as below.

Predictions must be made on the thread, and not edited later, BEFORE the losing team go into the boardroom and the final three are put forward. So probably 9.40pm at the latest. This is indeed, as someone mentioned, so that you judge them on the task and not on how they are ganged up on in the boardroom for example.
