I agree with the fact inactive mods should be demoted and possibly new ones should replace them.

It's odd. You get the sense that we have too many mods and not enough mods all at the same time.

The moderating should be condensed down to three of four people who mod like clockwork. Not a dozen or so people who each kind of chip in every now and then like some bizarre community building project or something.

A few of the mods wield about as much authority as Mr. Bean charing a United Nations meeting. The whole anonymity of 'TiBB Staff' doesn't help considering it's taking the credit for most of the harsh moderating but I realize it needs to be there.

Or have increasingly riddiculous trials that are absoloutely nothing at all like the annoying Elimination games.

A mod for Music would be an awful idea, some of the older members believe their music taste is better than others, when its all personal opinion.

You aren't far off, aside from possibly Eoin at times I think I'm probably the harshest mod. Most of my Tibb towers input tends to be among the lines of 'BAN ____ ALREADY! WE'RE TOO SOFT!!!!! DESTROY THEM ALL AND BURN THEIR LIVERS!'

From what I've seen Zee is the worst for spamming when he's high or drunk or both. Like that thread the other week jammed with Sugababes lyrics. We need the mods refreshing.

Trouble is you lot base your judgements on us from what you see. You don't see most of the stuff we actually do. Not complaining, as that's part of the job, but sometimes we get given grief about doing naff all when in reality we are doing more than some members think. Like Vicky said though, we are not going to shout about everytime we ban, infract, warn, merge, delete, edit, organise etc.

Some of the mods are unworthy of their status IMO, I think there should be some new ones for CBB and BB12 and some older ones should be downgraded to normal member.

Seriously unimpressed with that comment about being drunk/high and spamming - I have a post rate of 5.03 a day, I haven't been drunk since May, I've never been high in my life and I don't spam. Get a grip, I was having a laugh in that particular thread you mentioned. As moderators we get a lot of **** from you lot and very little thanks - is it any wonder we don't make a point of shouting about what we do individually as moderators? That's why TiBB Staff is there, so moderators don't get picked on for doing what they are supposed to do.

Be careful when it comes to insulting mods guys, If I see any more comments that could be seen as insulting and personal towards any of them or me then the consequences will be severe.....Trust me when I say you don't want an infraction from me.
