I can't even remember specific years anymore. They all blend into each other. 2007 and 2008 were good. 2009 was a bit crap. 2010 was absoloutely awful. 2011 was probably slightly better than 2010.

2010 was better than 2011 because there wasnt as much activity in 2011 as there was in 2010.

They sent her for an internal Visage, it was done by some extremely tall, dark, handsome, athletic male intern who said it had Kate had been an absolute pleasure. ;) :D
