depends on the person a lot but I'd say women were more trustworthy over all.

Depends what kind of trust. In general I could trust men with secrets more (at least in my friendship group, since I'm friends with very gossippy girls :p) but I could depend on girls more to be punctual and remember things (such as meet-ups).

All depends on the individual though.

Without sounding to sexist my answer would me men. I do hope the mods do not infract me for being sexist.
