British now. She's originally from Jamaica though. She first became successful in New York, I'm not sure if she still has American citizenship, but i don't think anyone considers her an American star. I would say she's pretty much British by now, she's been living there for ages.

and they did a task
the cameras moved away
so you could not know before it went on Air. (thats fine)
But at least we got the Jungle all night (our time)
