Look, regardless of what you do on here people are always going to have opinions on you. You can't help that (everyone has opinions directed at them) but the majority of people clearly understand that you have genuine problems with spelling/grammar so why let just one person get to you?

Kate! 14-11-2012 08:38 PM

As a general rule it can be annoying but I can't in my heart be annoyed with you Marcus, and can I ask you a question? Have you some form of dyslexia? Only asking because i know you won't take offence and sometimes you get your words in the wrong order.

Anyway, if I don't understand you I usually ask you to explain :)

People just need to have a bit of patience and Redways post above is a good one. You just carry on enjoying yourself on here.

:)

Dyslexia is completely different. :conf:

Redway 14-11-2012 08:40 PM

Here - have a go at this: http://www.grammarly.com/

think you have to sign up tbh, but it might be worth it. Just enter your post in the box and it will detect any grammar problems you type. That and a spell checker should help you.

No, it doesn't bother me at all and tbh if it does bother anyone then its their problem, not yours so don't worry about it :)

Why do you say "an" all the time? Even before things that don't start with a vowel?

Because he can't help it. You said earlier that you don't want to be seen as victimising him and yet its coming across that way here.

As for my earlier dyslexia comment, I was just offering a suggestion and there are indeed many different learning difficulties so I probably should have said learning disability rather than dyslexia. My mistake.

Sorry, I didn't mean to come across as moody or anything with the dyslexia comment, I just know quite a few people who struggle with it and I don't see similarities, that's all.

Also, it was only a question that I asked, if he makes thread about these things then he should expect a discussion about it. :conf:

He's obviously struggling here so do you not think that could be lumped in with all his other difficulties? Stop being a dick fisher about things.

It didn't seem that way given the way you asked it but I apologise if that wasn't what you meant.

I wasn't trying to be insulting, curiosity just took over, I can see now how it could have been taken in the wrong way. D:

I know you have a grammar checker now, I think it makes your posts a little easier to understand. You don't need to keep saying it though, I saw the first time.
