..she did accept it as frolics though and didn't think it was intentional in any way, it was what Charlie said afterwards that caused the problems and she had no right to bring Daley into it..even if she did regret saying that, once something is said and out there, you can't take it back and she has to start taking responsibility for what she says because this isn't the first time she's offended a housemate, whether drunk or sober...

...and yeah, I do think that when you're involved in something yourself, you don't necessarily see it as others on the outside do because you're too emotional at the time obviously but with both the Daley incident and this, BB intervening will have made Hazel think whether it looked totally different from the outside and question whether it was actually aggressive..I think that's very normal too..you can think you're really sure of something but then someone else will say they saw something different and you'll think wow, did it really look like that, maybe I got it wrong..

EDIT:..I also think the 'friendship' thing works both ways..why would a so called friend bring Daley into it in the first place..let's be objective...

Hazel started the cucumber fight by persistently shoving it in Charlie's mouth. The fact that Charlie was drunk meant she reacted honestly by trying to get her own back. Hazel did not like this. Hazel is a nasty piece of work.

The argument itself was pretty stupid but Charlie (once again) put that giant foot in her mouth

It's actually a sign of maturity to be able to look back on a situation and admit that you were wrong.ie.Hazel using the word aggressive.When she was told she was wrong she accepted it,and didn't argue on in a dogmatic way. Some people seem to think that this was because she was " caught out",but I think it was a case of mature reflection,and also a mix-up over when and where the word was used!?!
Unfortunately,there is very little mature reflection going on here among certain commentators! Preconceived opinions are leading to knee-jerk reactions,and as usual Hazel cops the flak!?!:sad::sad::sad:

I don't think it would be inaccurate to describe it as aggressive but that doeant have to mean anything awful. She was being really persistent and the actual eye hitting came AFTER hazel asked her to be careful. But, only aggressive in the sense of that "clumsy" way drunk people can get physically... Like when drunk old men pit their arm around your neck a little too tight, or slap you on the back a little too hard. But hazel knows that and was actually very careful NOT to make more of it with big brother, smiling and saying it was fine.

There was really no issue after that, Hazel did say "aggressive" to callum but he agreed that Charlie had been being a bit forceful with it... She was trying to "get her own back" in a slightly aggressive way. Due to being clearly very drunk. it was totally dropped until she said "i know how Daley feels" which was out of order - even Joe looked visibly shocked before Hazel registered what she had said. then she went on to deny it and claimed she had said that maybe it was "like the Daley thing because of alcohol but not even that"... when that's not what she was implying at all.

It can be explained by them not knowing the details of what happened with Daley I guess... but still not something you'd say to a supposed friend. She revealed her thoughts on it that she had obviously been keeping to herself.

On a lighter note : did anyone else smirk a little when they showed Dexter and Hazel innocently harvesting the cucumbers in the HL show? "We'll make cucumber salad!", they said. Little did they know what those cucumbers would lead to.

Also my partner, who doesnt watch the show, happened to look up from her laptop just as the voiceover said:

"its been 27 minutes since Charlie poked Hazel in the eye with a cucumber"

Her face said it all I think. Utter confusion. Hahaha.

..yeah, and I think the same way as the comment about Hazel's boyfriend's suicide, she just came right out and asked something completely inappropriate and I guess for Hazel, it then becomes something Charlie makes a habit of so she's bound to be annoyed and maybe even suspicious of her actions...

Truth hurts sometimes. Too bad it took Charlie to say it. If Gina had said it everyone would have loved it. Maybe if she had been more up front with everything in the beginning people wouldn't have to draw their own conclusions.

You notice when Hazel went to the DR, instead of saying, we are only playing, there is no problem, she said "I dont THINK there was any intent there"

Having said that, its been 24hrs now, so Hazel has probably returned to the DR to tell BB she is now 'terrified' lol

she got hazels edited version ....she probably realises hazel tried to force his pants down and of course Charlie was present that night chatting to hazel as daley got angry due to the sleep deprivation and endless provocation of hazel...Charlie knows a fair bit....why should everyone pussy foot around hazel? they tell everyone else straight...why should topics be taboo?

hazel always starts everything, she provokes people to make them react then hazel gets screen time and attention....hazel rammed the cucumber in charlies mouth several times....why? then she made a song and dance over her allegedly getting gently poked back

There was no reason at all for aggressive to ever come up in the first place. She was far more "aggressive" in shoving it in Charlie's mouth than Charlie was giving it back.
