It sort of seems like we're more or less guaranteed another flop / west end career winner this year. Sam Bailey seems untouchable, it's ridiculous... She has a voice but lets face it, she used to be and still is a cruise ship singer. The likelihood of her selling well in the modern music marketplace is basically zilch.

It would be good for luke to reach the final but I actually think 4th place will be OK for him, if he does go next week. Winning the show would be an absolute disaster for him... He needs to get away from the pop grindhouse as quickly as he can after x factor.

The 'rocker'/more obscure musical taste acts never really do overly well, he's done better than I anticipated, I was expecting 9th.

He should get a record deal now though, and may potentially rebound to the final, based on last night's sing off being a wow moment and the rage of him being B2, it didn't go down well on the internet, we'll see. Hopefully he makes the final, he won't win so won't suffer the boy curse, but can still have a successful career for his standards.
