would I rather have a session with ash? yes...but a relationship I would gladly go on a date with Chris and Im considered an attractive woman...Chris has alot of offer...

anyway....just sayin :)

nothing wrong with this.. I've rooted for such HMs in the past
my point was this was only on night one, no way is he being octracized anymore. yet people seemed to have adopted some kind of motherly mentality towards him and berate anyone that even dares go against him

reece(: 18-06-2014 01:14 PM

Agreed with everything Salman has said, if any HM dares to go against St Chris, then they're immediately on the public hate list.

Chris' personality shines through. To me, he is a lot more attractive than 'empty head' Ash.

she was one of the outsiders and kinda made out that she accepted that place in society, but she has shown that really she wants to be in the ''in crowd'' and will step on others and go against her own ethics to get there

its not lying or being a grass......its igoring what she heard or being a grass...and she was a grass...boooooooo to being a grass

I don't see it like that at all. Come on, let's be rational. You really think Jale is that desperate and pathetic she's willing to throw someone under the bus to get on the good books of the people who've been nasty to her? There have been no other instances of her attempting to be friends with Helen/Pauline/etc from what I've seen. She strikes me as someone who really doesn't give a **** about who's popular and who's not.

and i don't know, that person's a bit odd

Thats how it seemed, but lets see how it goes over the next week or so...I think she hasnt had an ammunition to get in with that crowd until now, but I hear you, we shall have to see how it plays out...and lets face it, this is exactly what we want to see on BB....so its a thumbs up from me in that regard

Why do people think others base their opinions of people on their looks? I'd say the shoe was on the other foot. Just because you don't like someone, and you can't get your head around why other people do... that doesn't make YOU right and everyone else wrong.

I like both Chris & Jale. I think they will both get past this arguement, they both come across as mature

let's say it was Pauline's name which was shouted from outside.. absolutely no way would jale be condemned the way she's being right now. in fact people would probably have condemned jale if she did conceal the information, accusing her of always pandering to Pauline

just why should Jale be expected to keep it to herself for Chris' benefit anyway? IT'S A GAMESHOW. the power housemate's at an advantage to everyone else in the house so of course they're all gonna want to get to the bottom of who it is, especially when the PH makes decisions at their expense. coupled with the unnatural levels of paranoia in there it only makes sense for Jale to do what she did. her actions were nothing personal. if the roles were switched and Chris was the one who blabbed, I'd bet a lot of money people on this site would defend him and be all He Was Just a Thinking Of The Others

getting really, really fed up of the extremely fickle and songs of praise mentality on here. what chance does the show have if even the supposed diehards have adopted the general public's way of thinking that has destroyed/come close to destroying so many series in the past?

Chris is the favourite for now, get over it
Pauline is out on Friday (good riddance) get over it

I think you need to get over other people having opinions that you don't agree with.

Where do you come up with this gumph? just because a select few online think constant bitchyness and nastiness is entertaining does not make it true, and the fact that the public enjoying kicking these peoples arses out the door as soon as they possibly can proves this to be a lot of garbage.

As for Chris well maybe you know, some people just like him?

lily. 18-06-2014 08:38 PM

I don't find bitchyness and two-facedness entertaining. I find watching a bunch of strangers trying to find a way to co-exist when they have nothing in common entertaining.

reece(: 18-06-2014 09:54 PM

I want to know why Chris can bitch about everyone and be praised across social media sites but if anyone else bitches then they're the spawn of satan

I agree. I love watching people's behaviour and the dynamics of the house, but the desperate people who have to be loud and bitchy to get some attention are not in the least entertaining. Those who shout the loudest usually have less to say, and BB proves that to be true time and time again. A ridiculous number of these housemates are insanely weak-willed, ready to jump onto the safest ship and do whatever they can to fit in. Sheep are not interesting.

The difference between Chris bitching and them bitching, is that they're usually doing it to cause trouble and to make things difficult for the person in question and Chris bitches to BB privately. He finds a way to co-exist without 1) gossiping with 'the cool kids' to get into their group and 2) putting people down for the sake of being 'honest'. He displays much more character and tact by trying to get along with these people - without giving into their supposed charm - rather than creating trouble because they need attention. He's also articulate and honest, whereas the others act like spoilt children.

Maybe because he did it in a way whereby he was giving his honest opinion rather than divulging childish insults and engaging in pathetic screaming matches and schoolyard "Let's go outside away from slug" behaviour?

Having a negative opinion and sharing it to be honest is fine. Attacking people and being completely overbearing won't go down well.

Maybe if Pauline, Helen and Toya's "honesty" was simple, rational and normal it would be accepted more. But they just want to fight and argue for control.

Mystic Mock 19-06-2014 02:54 AM

I think that people throw the word “bullying” around far too easily on BB especially in this series.

The only thing that I don't get is why Jale betrayed one of her allies? It's not like she can avoid going up for eviction so it's just plain weird to me.

A whole BB without any bitching or two-faced behaviour would be a bad series imo as that's what is an element of society that should be represented imo.

lily. 19-06-2014 10:33 AM

Obviously there has to be some conflict and bitchyness/backstabbing, but it doesn't have to be the central theme of the show.

In other words, Chris is winner material.
