Both teams, during your turns you have 2 "Silencers" That are good for 20 minutes. It silences the opposite team for 20 minutes, and you can try and get a 30 seconds without being interrupted. You only have two, and If the opposite team speaks when a Silencer is currently enabled, the opposite team gets -50 points.

You can enable silencers by saying "enable silencer"

You can only do the 30 seconds 4 times between the two silencers.
