I intensely disliked Helen for almost the entire series but now I'm tempted to tip her the extra £30 for a cheeky handjob...

Would have preferred Ashleigh or Christopher, but this is a thousand times better than last years result. Love her or hate her Helen has carried the show this year. I am slightly worried though that the producers will see this as a green light to fast track people to the final more often :umm2:

rubymoo 15-08-2014 10:31 PM

A bit mixed, she's coming across as a bit of a knob on BOTS at the moment.

Christopher should've won, but hey ho, roll on Monday;)

Apart from the Ashleigh bit....I couldn't agree with this post any more than I do Vicky! .... Hope the pass was a one off!

sungrass 15-08-2014 10:34 PM

The thing is Ashleigh doesnt mind she has not won. You can tell. She is genuinely happy to be back with her family, she is happy they are all friends. They are both winners - but for Helen this could be a much needed confidence boost - she could really learn from this. Yes she had a pass to the final - but she could have been evicted first tonight and she wasn't. Be Happy Its a Good Result for All.

sungrass 15-08-2014 10:43 PM

End of BOTTS was brilliant. Sod football. You always get a winner with BB - it was great to see them all happy. What a great experience they ve all had

mkdfan 15-08-2014 10:46 PM

She was more interesting than the dullard that won last year so that's something.

pleased it was helen once it came down to the 2 girls, but my votes went to Ash, would have loved him to win.

joeysteele 15-08-2014 10:54 PM

Absolutely over the moon, I was voting for her but deep inside me I really believed the best she would get was 3rd,however as today went on and I was talking to people who were voting,I was surprised how many were now supporting Helen.

I felt it was then possible to run Ashleigh close but I was over the moon when she won.
Well deserved in my view as both in good and bad ways she has been the star performer for the whole of the series and not just part of it.

Great result, in my opinion anyway.

Alison67 15-08-2014 10:54 PM

Fixed!

So a bully was crowned the winner. A clear fix from day one!
Turned over after Helen was named the winner. Won't watch again.

Cal. 15-08-2014 10:55 PM

Pleased!

As well as being the most deserving, she's also going to generate a lot of hype in the press as well.

ozzyshaggah 15-08-2014 11:06 PM

it was the helen show from day

happy as.......

get over it

She won because she was truthful, end of.

Disappointed, BB did everything in it's power to ensure she won. She got the whole 'redemption' storyline forced upon her and she was often given tasks that painted her in a good light while BB did everything they could to destroy Ashleigh's chances.

It's a very manufactured victory. I do like that a bitch won for once but I'd have preferred it if it was the bitch that wasn't so highly favoured by BB.

mrflibble 15-08-2014 11:17 PM

Disappointed. She didn't get to have the real BB experience for one and it also means a nasty bully has been accepted for being a nasty bully and she'll continue to be a horrible and judgmental person. I also don't really buy the result. No way did she get more support and votes than Ashleigh fanatics :/ second I could buy, but it just doesn't make any sense. Ashleigh and Christopher were the only ones with a chance at winning, IMO. It just seems too scripted to have the entire show revolve around Ashleigh and Helen, who had a pass to the final and was hated by most people, end with them as a final 2 and for her to win to a pack of boos. Doesn't add up.

Aw yeah, I know you didn't like Ashleigh but I hope you did see at the end and especially the last day or so, she is only a little girl really and I think this whole experience will be a learning curve for her as it will hopefully be for Helen too. They were very sweet together the last 2 nights, in a funny way almost like mother and daughter

Sophiee 15-08-2014 11:53 PM

so annoyed about this result .

Kizzy 15-08-2014 11:55 PM

So pleased, what a split vote... she really was a marmite HM

kefln 16-08-2014 12:01 AM

So whats next for helen:

Quote:

Helen Wood faces police questioning when she leaves the 'Big Brother' house.

The 28-year-old former escort will be grilled about her relationship with her ex-boyfriend Louis Larsson - who was jailed in 2010 for firearms offence but breached his bail conditions and went on the run in Morocco and Cyprus for more than a year - to see if she was involved with assisting the crimes.

Prostitute, bully, gun running boyfriend - and people voted for her...

It certainly was a close run thing, great result for in my view. I am really pleased I warmed to her and got behind her with my votes for her in the final.

Toya and Matthew were defeated.

Is it bad that I thought I'd get along most with Matthew? I thought he was really really funny and on point, actually Marsh if I were to name you as a HM, I'd say Matthew :hehe:

No, I meant the people who dare to see the good in housemates like Helen get called all sorts around here. :hehe:

Bluerang1 16-08-2014 12:34 AM

Surprised. Wanted Ashleigh to win. Don't think Helen deserved it because she had a pass. But pleased overall. Happy for finally a female F2.
