That's what that group (Helen, Ash, Tamara, Pauline, Steven especially) reminded me of, the mean clique at school who mock the "uncool" kids for no reason, not even trying to make an effort with them.

As soon as the Day 2 housemates arrived, she and Tamara were off to the toilet to brand Jale a "slug" and share how much they "hate" Chris. How was this not a horribly shallow judgement? It's seriously embarrassing that a 27 year old woman would act like that. But that wasn't enough for Helen, so she progressed onto targeting Jale in front of people for nothing.

Then there's the time that little gang mocked Christopher with "Boring! Booooring!" taunts when he was walking out of the room.

Not to mention how aggressive she got for very little reason. I mean, anyone who flies off the handle as badly as she did because someone whispers a comment about Truth or Dare needs to speak to someone.

As far as I'm concerned, Helen and certain others in there were definitely bullies, bullies who didn't seem to have mentally left high school.

Great post :clap1:

I agree.

My own opinion is that none came out of it smelling of roses. However, I did try to look at their characters overall, and not just focus on one aspect to the exclusion of all others. Taking those other aspects of character into account, for me, and that is a very personal me I know, I felt Helen had more endearing qualities than any other housemate in there. Maybe others saw some of these things too, and that's why Helen ended up, a very marginal winner.

Okay but in context, the general mood of the house was brought down tremendously by Helen

Technically it was brought down by Pauline IMO. Her 2 week chicken reign dragged everyone down and then Toya, Helen, Ashleigh, Danielle just held it down in the weeks following right through to the final.

sadly it comes down to sexism again...female housemates know how sexist the show is and how the women can pretty much be as vile and abusive as they like and will never get booted from the house and will end up getting the attention and winning like helen or denise welch......pauline was horrific, toyah the same, helen horrific, ashleigh unpleasant, danielle unpleasant and fake....endless line of unpleasant women in the house of the years from the awful jade and her pack of witches, remember caroline the posh horror of a human, yet another unaccountable vile bully

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"EDIT:-
NOTE:- CORRECTION ALERT:- It says in the above Daily Mail article that Kimberly Kisselovich had an Ectopic Pregnancy
and a Miscarriage, and I reported this in good faith in several posts both in this Why Kimberly Left The House Thread -
http://www.thisisbigbrother.com/foru...=259664&page=4

and the Kimberly Was Pregnant And Miscarried Thread -
http://www.thisisbigbrother.com/foru...=260306&page=3

Now whether it is a case of sensationalizing (in order to sell the Daily Mail) or a genuine mistake,I do not know.BUT,Kimberly
Kisselovich DID NOT HAVE A MISCARRIAGE.
Kimberly Kisselovich and Steven Goode are featured in the newly published OK Magazine,Issue 942,August 12,2014,and there
is NO mention of a miscarriage - It just states that Kimberly had an Ectopic Pregnancy. I QUOTE "Ectopic pregnancies either
resolve themselves where everything gets absorbed by the tissue,or Kimberly might have to have keyhole surgery. They're
acutely monitoring her but they might potentially have to remove the egg."

I'm giving both Kimberly and Steven - Steverly - the benefit of the doubt in regard to Kimberly's Ectopic Pregnancy - if its
genuine they have every right to sell their story to the media,as do other people when they lose children.

Kimberly and Steven are in love with each other, but if I turn out to be wrong about this, and about the Ectopic Pregnancy, well,
I can take it and That's Life,as sung by Frank Sinatra!

I can think of many things and I would think Helen herself could too as to how wrong she was at times and also extremely unpleasant.

That is all very different from being eligible to be cast as a 'vile' human being, that term is an extreme term and didn't apply to any housemates this series or likely any other.

So no matter what,I saw nothing at all whatsover from any of them and equally so Helen, to warrant the description of being a 'vile. human being.
For me that is really possibly being over the top.

Danielle said plenty back at her too and really Danielle was the biggest contradiction to her own religion anyway.
I saw nothing from Danielle, inside and outside the house that in any way made her religion, which is the same as mine by the way, attractive in any form whatsoever.

I wouldn't take any lectures from Danielle as to any 'decent' behaviour either.

Yeah i agree about Danielle being a contradiction but as far as i know she is still a Catholic? If somebody had said 'Stop shagging Allah' to a Muslim wether they went against their religion or not,It would not be tolerated.I see no difference what religion somebody is,It was unnacceptable and could be seen as 'vile'

I'd describe it as out of order and unacceptable but not 'vile'.

However Christianity gets a hammering a lot of the time from all sections of society, there is little in the way of respect for much of the Christian denominations now, never mind just Catholicism.
Although as greatly offensive Danielle would have liked it to be seen as,I think much of Danielle's own attitude as to her religion leaves far more to be desired and questioned.

Sadly, a geat deal of offensive and massive disrespect as to Christian religion now is it seems tolerated, even in the UK with little said or done to address it.

The thing is once you start to preach as to others behaviour as Danielle set out to do, then you do have to make sure you are beyond any criticism.
Otherwise you leave yourself wide open to attack to yourself as to those principles.

A rather offensive comment, yes, unacceptable, yes, worth maybe a talking to on,since it was on a national TV programme, yes.
However for that to make her overall a 'vile' human being full stop, no, not at all in my view.

Nedusa 18-08-2014 11:00 AM

I think this woman is a vile piece of Human flotsam/Jetsam, how she managed to get washed up into the BB house is beyond me and most people. A woman with very few saving graces (if any) callous, rude, loud, gobby, obnoxious, bullying, stupid are a few of her qualities.

I'm so glad she won BB as it must have been the nightmare come true for the producers to have such an unworthy winner after 10 weeks. To come out to such a lacklustre reception with many Boo's echoing around the audience. To be publicly NOT endorsed by Emma Willis and then on BOTS later publicly insult Matthew also speaks volumes why this woman is not and never would be BB winner material.

That she got to the final by cheating (not her fault I admit) but then to go on and get the most votes is simply appalling.

I think BB15 will go down in history as the BB series that finally pushed the show to it's limits and alienated vast numbers of it's core audience. To many it was the final straw and it remains to be seen if the Non Celeb version of this show can continue next year as audience figures may never recover from this shambles.

Let's hope CBB can redress the balance.

‘Big Brother' 2014: Is Danielle McMahon Hiding A Raunchy Past?

The Huffington Post UK

Posted: 11/06/2014 14:54 BST Updated: 11/06/2014 14:59 BST

‘Big Brother’ housemate Danielle McMahon has been accused of lying about her past by former ‘BB’ contestant Dexter Koh, who previously spent some time with the Catholic lingerie model.

Dexter - who had not had sexual relations with Danielle - has shared a photo of a lads’ mag shoot featuring the 24-year-old Glaswegian.

Danielle McMahon big brother

Danielle McMahon

Since entering the house last week, Danielle has been keen to err away from discussing sex, and even got up and left when she decided the conversation was too raunchy earlier in the week.

The model has been keen to keep schtum over any previous sexual encounters and Dexter has fuelled rumours that she may be lying to the others by posting an image of an old magazine feature on Twitter.

The Nuts magazine spread posted sees Danielle answer 10 questions regarding her sex life, in which she reveals the raunchiest place she’s ever met with someone and her favourite position.

Danielle claims to have had sex on a private beach, stating: “It was extremely lovely - but I loved it!”

She also revealed her sexual fantasies, stating: “I’d love to join the mile-high club.”

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have always thought that it is strange that a Roman Catholic girl,Danielle
McMahon, who is supposedly strictly religious and prudish, became
a housemate in Big Brother UK 15. Roman Catholic Danielle mixing with
free-thinking housemates,such as Helen,Biannca,Winston,Steven and Kimberly,is so incongruous!:amazed:

She may still classify herself as a Roman Catholic, but she is a hypocrite.

The Christian religion has ,thankfully, been in decline for years because it is false, has been proven to be NOT the word of God and some major parts of Christian theology are copies of much older man-made religions, which in turn, are also false! I have just fallen out with two very misguided so-called Christians because I'm fed up of their preaching of objective
theological garbage and nonsense - they are wrong!
The vast majority of people wisely dismiss Christian religions.

Danielle should dismiss her false Roman Catholic religion, free her mind of
all inhibitions, have a good sex life and a good life in general:bigsmile:

An excerpt from this website:-

20 Reasons to Abandon Christianity

by Chaz Bufe

20. Christianity borrowed its central myths and ceremonies from other ancient religions. The ancient world was rife with tales of virgin births, miracle-working saviors, tripartite gods, gods taking human form, gods arising from the dead, heavens and hells, and days of judgment. In addition to the myths, many of the ceremonies of ancient religions also match those of that syncretic latecomer, Christianity. To cite but one example (there are many others), consider Mithraism, a Persian religion predating Christianity by centuries. Mithra, the savior of the Mithraic religion and a god who took human form, was born of a virgin; he belonged to the holy trinity and was a link between heaven and Earth; and he ascended into heaven after his death. His followers believed in heaven and hell, looked forward to a day of judgment, and referred to Mithra as "the Light of the World." They also practiced baptism (for purification purposes) and ritual cannibalism—the eating of bread and the drinking of wine to symbolize the eating and drinking of the god’s body and blood. Given all this, Mithra's birthday should come as no surprise: December 25th; this event was, of course, celebrated by Mithra’s followers at midnight.

Mithraism is but the most striking example of the appearance of these myths and ceremonies prior to the advent of Christianity. They appear—in more scattered form—in many other pre-Christian religions.

A Final Word: These are but some of the major problems attending Christianity, and they provide overwhelming reasons for its abandon-ment. (Even if you discount half, two-thirds, or even three-quarters of these arguments, the conclusion is still irresistible.) For further discussion of these issues, and for consideration of many others not even mentioned here, please see the following books and pamphlets:

There are many other books and websites that also objectively prove that in objective reality the Christian Bible
is false,human-made and IS NOT the word of God,and therefore it has NO AUTHORITY over anybody and
everybody! Thus, objectively, the Christian Bible is in essence wrong, ludicrous mumbo-jumbo and a load of nonsense.
