Lauren was better than Fleur, I've noticed that Lauren's aging quite well with the public now that the series is over and all the jealousy has stopped, the same for Paul as well.

In all seriousness though both Lauren and Fleur will do well from themselves, good luck to both as they did only lose because they was attractive girls.

Vocally Lauren was MUCH better than Fleur. But I have to admit in terms of stage performance Fleur was better. Her vocals were really not so great thought and that really showed in the final. I personally and honestly think if Lauren brushed up on some stage presence she will have a much better career. I don't think Fleur will last longer than 1.5 years. (Simply because she is not a good enough vocalist and there are better people out there already famous). Lauren, however has both good technique and also a gifted tone. That is hard to come by.

the problem is, nadia does not want a balance point of view. I have no time for those sort of people, because they don't want to hear the truth, she is typical of those sort that dictate that you must agree and walk the same line, if you don't you are an outcast, that belongs to the past,

lol yeah Lauren was pretty, I honestly think in her first week she was on form. Problem, in my opinion was the singing tutors tried to change/teach her too much, 6 weeks is simply not long enough to change the style of ANYBODIES singing and that was Lauren's forte, the singing.

Singing tutors are great but your never going to change or improve anyone in such short time. Infact it can have a short term detrimental effect. If they are offering too much advice in such short space of time.

I think that is what happened to Lauren.

I think Lauren was much better at performing when she was given more stripped back/intense performances, Happy, What A Feeling, and Don't You Worry Child was her best performances for that reason, whenever Fleur did more stripped back performances however she was quite dull, and lacked any vocal range imo.

Fleur will release the Rihanna/Katy Perry style of Music so I'll probably like her Music as the two girls above have catchy Music, but all 3 rely off big stage productions to be any good at all.

When she stands there wagging her finger it makes me want to break it off and ram it up Perez's other nostril (the one the cheese isn't in.)

Fleur could never handle the stripped back songs I said this soo many times to them people on DS, from day 1... to handle the slow songs you need good vocals or at least an ability to connect with what you are singing with enough for your passionate vocals to complement the song. Fleur had neither and was always covered by loud backing and often had choreographed dance sets which papered over her obvious vocal flaws. I think her version of "Thriller" was catastrophic but for the show she was on it was just different to anything else the others were doing which is why she started to gain popularity.. was it talent? No was it Simon's work? Yes! Was she Simon's act? YES!


Lauren only needed her vocals and the right song to be entertaining. Fleur relied on Simon's stage set up and and choreography to be entertaining. Fact of life.

Its the way that she did it though, shouting louder then walking off does not display strength in a debate, but then its a BB debate so you cannot expect much.

I loved how opinionated Calum was in the diary room about Perez being two faced, but why did you not say this in the debate five minutes earlier "dude"
