-   -   92 year old man crashes into 10 cars in car park (https://www.thisisbigbrother.com/forums/showthread.php?t=273753)

Whenever I had to park, I always made sure there were no cars anywhere nearby.
Supermarket parking was the easiest, drive straight through one space into the one in front, easier to get out, made it harder to pack the shopping away if some idiot parked too close behind mind.

Ah the joys of driving, pretty pleased I dont/ can't anymore.
As to older drivers, your response time slows down as you get older, mabe that's why they drive slower:shrug:

If you're a good driver that isn't a problem :idc: Just use your mirrors, that's what they're for lol

You say it is more difficult to drive forward in and reverse out and I find that a piece of cake therefore I am the best driver :idc:

In terms of safety I mean, both are quite easy :idc:

You would be crashing into more cars than the old boy in the OP if you attempted a forward park

A 92 year old won't improve when he hits 93.

Absolutely. That's why for many young drivers their annual insurance premium is much more than the value of their car!

For the elderly the insurance premium is often very low.

Insurance companies exist to make money. They know who are the REAL danger on the road.
