That's your opinion.

But, even if it is better. I still hold BB13 and BB14 in much higher regard. I think many people who are enjoying this series would too, considering BB14 is the best C5 series (not my opinion, but the majority).

The crap ratings pretty much shows that this series isn't that good.

Nikki's drama with Lisa after Grace left! Then Aisleyne arguing with Lea then her going in the house next door!

Will the eviction have any impact on whether you tune in next week?

Not really.

But, I will watch the evictions and final only, if I tune out.

It's just the Saturday - Thursday shows I'll miss.

BB14 and BB15 are pretty close imo.

This series is better than both.

BB14 got **** after Hazel got Evicted, it was just Charlie and Dexter having boring deep conversations about starting there stupid relationship that no one cares about!

BB14 and BB15 are similar.
But BB15 was worse, because of the cast, constant twists, meddling and manipulation.

BB15 was just an ugly series.

BB14 had some of what BB15 had, but it also had a better cast, better theme, less nomination twists, and great tasks. All of which BB15 lacked.

No doubt about BB13 being better, that's my 3rd favourite series of all time.

BB14 had a lot of good storylines though.

People who I know who had long stopped watching BB, got into it again in 2013.

I'm barely keeping up with it now, why invest the time getting to know people when huge chunks of them and possible storylines are just thrown out.

Rorkimaru 04-06-2015 12:47 AM

I loved how it was going and would have been more than happy if it had continued as it was however I'm a lot more invested and entertained since the twist. I don't like Simon and Harry and Sam are sweet but a little invisible. Marc has stepped the show up a notch though.

BB-Germany 04-06-2015 09:53 AM

I gave up on it after Friday, but have watched the episodes I've been missing back now and I must say: It's not as bad as I thought it would be but it has definitely ruined the series.

The fact that all the bores are still in there when Hariet, the Twins and Sarah were basically thrown under the bus by BB for being too boring is still unbelievable for me.

The new housemates are crap. Marc seems to be done already after just 4 days, leaving us with Simon who is irritating, but at least stopped shouting 'showbizz'. The two girls are boring and will fit in in the group once Simon and Marc are gone and in two weeks time this series will finally be over. I just don't understand why they couldn't just send the new ones in and left it for a week and did a double this week with the whole house being up. At least there would have been real arguments with Sarah and Harriet involved.

The thing that worries me the most is how over this series already feels. It feels like we're in the second half of a series, maybe 3-4 weeks away from the finale with producers sending in newbies just to fill up the house and bring entertainment for 2 weeks to get it done with. The fact that we're just done with three weeks and there's 7 more to come is just irritating atm.

In the long run it may be better to just settle for Celebrity-BB now as the show is so fast nowadays that it can't keep up the overexaggerated expactations over 3 months.

However, I will continue watching as long as it isn't totally boring.

Beetlejuice 04-06-2015 09:56 AM

Alternatively they can bring back the show people were hoping they would 4 - 5 years ago. Something some of us were hoping they would do this year after last years awful series.

They can't do another series like this one. But it seems they would rather run the show into the ground than give the fans what they want.

joeysteele 04-06-2015 10:37 AM

Not really sure, I accept for newer BB watchers, it could be really good, for many who have loved and supported BB for many years it is probably not for them with this format, despite most still watching it.

It needed a Marc definitely, he has in my view, livened things up but then well set and harder to do tasks could have achieved that too possibly, rather then the shorter and more infantile tasks they get nowadays.

Is this good for the show or not, I cannot say.
However for me as each day passes, this series is fast turning into a near total turn off for me sadly.

With twist after twist too and ridiculous formatting now of nominations,I feel it is near pointless to even bother trying to get to know the housemates or develop support for them never knowing what twist may rob you of one or even more of them, purely by BB's manipulation of the eviction processes and nominations too.

Macie Lightfoot 04-06-2015 11:40 AM

so much worse, I'm tempted to quit tbh
