Ive just got infracted for it, so it either one rule for some and not others or it needs removing

And while ever I'm not the one making nasty insults towards contestants on a reality show I view for 48 minutes a night, it won't be me making an ass of myself.

How is vaseline a nasty insult?

Liam- 02-07-2015 04:58 PM

Sorry, but I actually read that as Vaserleeene

Do you have children?

No matter what they say or do, you never tell them to "come up with something better". You praise and encourage them.

and CONSTANTLY insulting contestants on a reality shows is such an exaggeration. I challenge you to hunt down and show me where i've CONSTANTLY insulted them? I want posts with times and dates.

As for that guff about an hours worth of footage not being enough time to warrant insults etc is ridiculous. Since BB started, we've seen at least 40+ hours worth for people to slut shame, judge and form opinions and say anything they like about them. Whether you like it or not, they're on a reality show and are open to all criticism..not matter how good or bad. AGAIN, if anyone's making an arse of themselves, it's you for not understanding this.

Now can we finally get back on topic?

wtf :joker: if anything's an exaggeration here it's the start to this post. No I don't usually make tongue in cheek comments about children what on earth :umm2: to be quite honest I wasn't even making a dig at a child when you think about it, it wasn't his nickname for Aisleyne, it's yours. He got her name wrong and you decided to call her it as a nickname, which as my original point was it's a pretty crap nickname. A child saying someone's name wrong is not a nickname. So really I didn't even say anything against your nephew

As for the second part, I am more than happy to oblige with that. I've done it before and I'll do it again. I'm on my phone at the moment so it will have to wait until I'm back on my laptop but sure, challenge accepted. I'm sure no matter what I discover you'll find a way to justify it though.

Yes they are open to criticism based upon their time in the house, and their actions, not the way that they look or what their profession is on the outside, of who they're friends with or what their family are like. All are completely irrelevant to how they act inside the house, which is what they should be judged on. Saying a housemate is a nasty ****, a fake wanker, rude, up themselves, anything to do with their character - fine. Criticising the way housemates look, fat, plastic, ugly, spotty, horrible lips, etc etc, all nasty, childish and unnecessary. As is saying 'they used to be a prostitute', 'she is a prostitute', 'she's a slut', not only because all of that is irrelevant, but also because there's nothing wrong with prostitution and nothing wrong with sleeping around. The fact that you've basically just said 'we've seen more than enough to be able to slut shame' is very disturbing. It's never acceptable, whether in real life or about reality TV show contestants.

So again, it's not me that's making an ass of myself.

I never made it past the first paragraph because you clearly have no idea what you're talking about. Keep trying though. Trolls amuse me.

Never ever ever ever ever EVER. I would never call someone a prostitute for three reasons

1) There's absolutely nothing wrong with prostitution, so it's not an insult

2) I was a fan of Helen last year and this year up until the incident with Brian

3) Slut shaming women is completely unacceptable

I can 100% guarantee I've never called her or anyone else a prostitute as an insult. I'm pretty sure I was defending her for the same reason last year when it was being flung around and have for years on here been saying how there's nothing wrong with prostitution, because there isn't.

If anyone can find a post where I called someone a prostitute as an insult I'll immediately retract it, because I would be very shocked and appalled I'd done so. I'm better than that.

The irony of calling me a troll when you're the one who has just chosen to ignore a valid argument and respond with laughing smilies, along with the fact you're continually insulting housemates appearances, is obviously lost on you.

Your lack of response tells me you didn't know how to respond because you couldn't though, so I'm glad I've been proven right.

Erm, you're the one who started spewing nonsense in MY thread, not the other way around. and there's that word again "CONTINUALLY". I thought I told you to go dig up posts where i've "CONTINUALLY" insulted them. This should be good.
