I don't know the general view but am guessing that while the F word appears to gain increasing use and almost acceptance we Brits are far less comfortable with the C word especially when used with feeling against an elderly woman.

So often with Austin its not what he says but rather the way he expresses himself which causes negative thought and imo he did himself no favours in the DR and it might be significant that the producers decided to show it.

I've gone off Austin recently but I'm not bothered about this. He didn't say it to her face, he was just venting in the diary room so I don't think it's that bad. It's not like he walked up to her and shouted "****" in her face lol. Even if you don't like the word (I don't have a problem with it) he didn't actually say it around anybody so I don't get the issue :conf:

Austin is like a big, sulky, selfish, cruel, petulant child. No one else's thoughts or opinions have any impact on him and he never considers that his own opinion may be the one at fault. He bores the pecs off me.
