I only drink when I go out or at Christmas,never have alcohol everyday.

Um depends really if I'm on holiday or meeting friends then lunchtime is ok, mostly if I'm going to have a drink it'll be after 9 though

i think it's always okay as long as you aren't operating heavy machinery (including cars) or caring for children. I think it's fine any other time.
