Last Nights Live feeds... Kelsey said she needed a Mickey to get as drunk as she wanted to be.... So what's a Mickey you might ask??
A term used by 88% of Canadians for a 375 ml bottle of liquor, In the United States, the term “mickey” is slang term for a date rape drug, and 69% of Americans were unaware of its more benign Canadian usage. Mickey is actually one of a series of uniquely Canadian booze measurements. “Two four” (a case of 24 beers), “twenty sixer” (a 750 ml bottle of liquor) and “forty-pounder” (a 1.14 liter bottle of liquor) are all virtually unknown outside the Great White North. https://encrypted-tbn2.gstatic.com/i...mtLJUyoLi1ST7Y |

Loving the Homo milk :clap1: But back to the thread, I love South Park however they make fun of Canada a lot, do Canadians hate that? http://i0.wp.com/pmcdeadline2.files....size=446%2C299 Also, I went to Canada once (only for a day) to the Canadian side of Niagara falls. I don't have a point, I'm just boasting about it  |
^ Although actually, that being said, what would you say is Canada's biggest tourist attraction?

I'm loving this thread, makes me want to go to Canada. Also in the north of england we eat Poutine, well we never call it that, it's simply "cheesy chips and gravy" the south turn their noses up on it though.

Don't be scaring away the other Canadians LT |
There are others?
:suspect: |

I think you will find this link to your liking LT... It explains in detail that we have had an El Niņo Canadian winter here, and for my part of Canada it has meant that we didn't ever get below -30 this winter... and typically in January and February we get a few weeks of -30 to -40 temperatures over the last few years. It is also true that we have probably had very low records of snow fall... so here's hoping for a wet spring, otherwise the farmers are going to be hooped. |
