This is so my kinda thing but I always thought "nah it's gonna be cheesy and cringe as **** with crap acting" - is it actually good?

I haven't gotten around to seeing the second season, but the first was great in my opinion.

Entertaining throughout, with some great mystery/suspense and kills.

It's quite similar to Harper's Island, if you've seen that.

Watching paint dry is more interesting than any episode of the god awful Scream series. Absolute car crash of a show.

I'm on season 2 but that was over 4 months ago and I only saw episode one.

RileyH 25-11-2017 10:51 PM

I haven't seen this but the Scream series was great imo

Jason. 25-11-2017 10:52 PM

Season 2 of Scream was great, aside from the killer reveal and that godawful, unnecessary Halloween episode.

Might get back into it then.

LukeB 25-11-2017 10:59 PM

yeah i agree with everyone, series 2 was great and the deaths were actually great too.

but slasher wins for the death scenes and the lead in the first season was actually brilliant

Barry. 25-11-2017 11:27 PM

Its on netflix too. Will try it.

oh yeah sorry, season 1 is but not season 2

Barry. 25-11-2017 11:59 PM

It will air on pick first i think.

Amy Jade 26-11-2017 12:18 AM

Season 1 was decent, I rewatched a week or so ago and I do think it is kind of silly in some areas and I hated how underused some characters were. Katie McGrath was fantastic though she carried the series very well.

The last scene is really dumb though, I cringed at how tact on it felt. It served absoloutely no purpose.

LukeB 27-11-2017 07:31 PM

Finished season 2 and i have to say it was amazing!

Very interesting twist on the last episode and i didn’t expect it

LukeB 01-03-2019 08:13 PM

Slasher series 3 has been confirmed and will be this year.

Tony Montana 01-03-2019 08:18 PM

Watched the Pilot last night (Recommended by the awesome LukeB)

I Loved it- it was very entertaining, Gonna watch episode 2 and 3 later on

Glenn. 01-03-2019 09:13 PM

I’m watching the pilot and I’m calling it now, it’s the hot copper

Jason. 01-03-2019 09:14 PM

Ugh, the first season was so good but I couldn't get into the second and stopped watching after a few episodes.

So I was right then

Amy Jade 06-03-2019 12:14 AM

I thought series 2 was really weak sadly. Better gore but and the actual storyline was fine but it was executed badly and the cast were all pretty bad with nobody to root for.

If series 3 is coming I hope it's more like the first series

Tana Mongeau 02-06-2019 11:11 PM

Season 3 dropped recently! Just starting it now. The intro to it was interesting!

Amy Jade 02-06-2019 11:48 PM

Is the new series on netflix?

Tana Mongeau 03-06-2019 12:57 AM

Pick airs it first then Netflixs era it a few months after.

Rob! 03-06-2019 06:39 PM

I would never ever watch a show like this ever because I can't stand gore and stuff, but I looked at the synopsis and stuff out of idle curiosity and series 3 looks absolutely horrific in places (in terms of the death scenes) so it should keep some people in here happy :joker:

Tony Montana 12-02-2020 05:44 PM

I've began watching this show again after only watching the pilot last year. I've just finished watching episode 7 last night and I wasn't expecting
Spoiler:

Cam
to be the executioner. That was total shock, I kept thinking this whole time it was either his father or Dylan behind all the killings.

Poor Ariel, all this time i thought she was dead, only for it to be revealed that sheriff Vaughn had raped and kidnapped her the night she went missing, and was keeping her hidden in his basement all this time. And his wife knowing everything and going along with it was truly sick. I thought Vaughn had killed himself by self-immolation, along with Ariel and her son Jake. I was so relieved when we find her and Jake alive when the police arrived.

I'm glad there was a backstory and motive as to why Tom killed Rachel and Bryan. I thought Tom was just a psychopathic killer who just killed for no reason. He redeemed himself when he
Spoiler:

sacrificed himself to save Sarah.

I'm gonna finish off episode 8 later and begin season 2.

michael21 12-02-2020 05:49 PM

I was thinking season 3 when I saw that thread :fist::fist::fist:

Mystic Mock 12-02-2020 07:50 PM

I need to catch up on seasons 2 & 3 of this.

I'm terrible at following TV Shows sometimes.:joker:

Tony Montana 13-02-2020 12:23 AM

Just finished the final episode of season 1 and it was awesome!
Spoiler:

I'm glad Sarah and Dylan killed Cam.

And wtf at that ending with the little girl killing that cat. :umm2: That was completely unexpected.

I'm just about to start the first episode of season 2 now.

Some TV shows are like a chore to binge through, I avoid Alot of the Netflix TV shows. Only watched Witcher and still need to finish The Good Place.

This anthology series reminds me of another one which I forgot the name of , it was on TV a few years ago
