These suggestions :amazed: :clap1: The Cube especially is an absolute classic imo!

The Mist though, I love it and it's a great film and everything but...

Spoiler:

it has to be one of the saddest endings of any film I've ever seen, I don't know if I can go through that turmoil again :bawling:

(not a massive spoiler btw but probably avoid it anyway if you haven't watched it before)

Babayaro. 27-08-2016 08:39 AM

The first time I watched it, I was honestly so shook by the ending. I kind of love it now though :/

Babayaro. 27-08-2016 08:46 AM

The Blair Witch Project

Cal. 27-08-2016 10:10 AM

All added :clap1:

Daniel-X 27-08-2016 10:18 AM

I'll suggest The Uninvited.

I'd like to be a reviewer as well thanks missy. Xx

Sorority Row (la remake) and You're Next too!

Babayaro. 27-08-2016 10:32 AM

Creep (2014)
Dawn Of The Dead (2004)

Cal. 29-08-2016 11:55 AM

Bump!

Tom4784 29-08-2016 01:35 PM

I'd recommend Hush, it's rather good. I'll also be a reviewer. I couldn't commit to one film a day but two a week should be fine.

But yeah I love older horror films, there's something more eerie about them, mostly. They probably just seem grittier because of the lower quality filming lol, but new ones that are glossy and shiny don't usually have the same appeal to me.

Yeah I agree. The grittier feel adds to the atmosphere of the films. It's like when you watch the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre and it just feels so much different than the remakes or recent films because it has that gritty/dirty feel to it which contributes to the creepiness of the film. I love it.

Cal. 29-08-2016 01:47 PM

Hush was already suggested Dezzy, and I'll add you in as a reviewer

I can't understand how people thought this was good/scary

Drew. 29-08-2016 01:57 PM

I'd be up for this, been watching horror movies more regularly recently

If we're suggesting any horror movies then The Others (2001), Wolf Creek (2005), The Orphanage (2007), The Hills Have Eyes (2006) & The Texas Chainsaw massacre (2003) are all great

I would have but I don't think I'll be able to commit! I'm gonna be buried with uni work this semester so might not have the time! :(

I'll definitely keep up to date with this though and try and watch the films too.

Cal. 29-08-2016 02:54 PM

Okay, no problem. :)

I've added your suggestions!

andybigbro 29-08-2016 02:55 PM

Thanks! Sounds like it will be a lot of fun :)

Babayaro. 29-08-2016 04:01 PM

[REC]

Cal. 29-08-2016 04:02 PM

Added!

Jamie89 30-08-2016 03:33 PM

I'm not sure how well these fit in with the theme since they're probably more comedy than horror, but "Death Becomes Her" and The Rocky Horror Picture Show" if they're allowed :hee:

Cal. 31-08-2016 04:37 PM

What does everyone think re: Jamie's suggestions?

Babayaro. 31-08-2016 04:45 PM

Add them to the poll, I don't mind lol. Personally I wouldn't vote for them though
