I like fish as well. I eat red meat sometimes, but I'm not crazy about it.

Since i started a new way of eating (never call it diet). I eat lots of fish, Salmon every other morning. Tuna for lunch twice a week. Prawns, Cod etc....Chicken and Turkey in every meal!

I cut red meat out and was worried i wouldn't gain muscle. Anyway, i gained loads. Im lean now myself, can even see my 6 pack :D

I don't. Been vegan for three and half years and was vegetarian for over four and half years prior to that.

Congrats on one year being vegan!. Like you said, I found it easy. I know a lot of people think it will be difficult/expensive but it's not really.

I was vegetarian for about a year when I was 14, but my mum got pissed off with having to buy expensive (in those days) alternatives so kept wafting bacon sandwiches in my face til I caved. I watched Simon Amstells ' Carnage' this year and thought it was brilliant...still didn't stop me from eating meat tho...

I was vegetarian for a year also but stopped last summer. Will go fully vegan once I'm in charge of my own shopping.

I don't drink milk - only have organic free range eggs from chickens I know - I do eat meat once every six weeks or so. I have to as I feel my body gets weakened. I mostly buy meat replacement products - tastes just like the real think. Pork and Lamb and Beef are the hardest things for me to eat - I know those animals to have personality and I do believe that meat is murder!

I eat chicken and fish but I don't like red meat at all.

andybigbro 12-07-2017 12:48 AM

Yes. I couldn't live without meat. Chicken, bacon, burgers :amazed:
