wtf? Is this a large company or chain? If it is, report your "section leader" because he's dangerously incompetent and needs retraining, if not busted down a level. His response to this situation practically leaves them wide open to a lawsuit if you go to a doctor and claim that you've been psychologically affected by the incident (anxiety, fear of people touching you, etc.)
As for the "customer", considering he's done this to at least two staff members, he should be banned from the premises and given a trespass notice. If he violates that he can be arrested. I've had people barred for as little as swearing at staff... physically touching a staff member either aggressively or inappropriately would be a swift boot out the door instantly. |
