I have a cross trainer, I try to do half an hour on it per day, but I only get round to it four or five days a week. But as far as I know it's not recommended to to do it every day anyway, so I'm fine with that.
I also planned to do twenty sit ups, press ups, and squats each day before and after bed. That ... hasn't happened. |

I'm slim but I have a wee bit of a belly developing so I'm going to hit the gym soon to get rid of ha and cos I want to get a bit toned
