Then surely a Masterchef contestant who goes out in a heat could be considered over this no mark?

MIC and TOWIE have regulars and people build up a rapport with them.

Who is this guy ??

Never heard of him in the slightest, I’m sure he qualifys for the civilian series

lewys 07-08-2018 09:02 PM

he's not the least famous ever but i agree with maxxie he is deffo the type of familiar face you'd see on civ BB and be like 'where do i recognise him from ??'

the thing is he is (i guess) more famous than someone like jeremy or bobby, but the two of them had a celebrity persona (if that makes any sense), young, good looks, arrogance, where as ben is literally a middle aged guy who was on a tv show for a few episodes we might as well have a contestant from the fookin chase, it's insulting to the actual celebs and not really the right root to go down when there's a lot of anticipation for this series

if they are scraping for numbers IMO they should have gone for someone either like a youtuber or someone like tallia storm / gogglebox star, whilst they aren't famous like kirstie they are still much more relevant than ben, have been seen a lot more before and would all be willing to do the show based off their quite dull careers, or in the youtuber's case a cross over in traditional media

She's always in trouble that wasn't exactly CBB - she's just messy

Morgan. 07-08-2018 09:08 PM

Also Trisha Paytas doesn't represent every YouTuber

it would be completely different for a british youtuber IMO, trish was never gonna do well from the get go because she was too OTT for the british to like and had a completely different sense of humour, she also only went in because she's a fan of the US show and had no aims of crossing over into British television, where as Jack Maynard on IAC did, and look how well he was perceived in the first episode being the fav to win (let's not talk about the tweets as it's irrelevant to the conversation), they would play the game right and not be rude / OTT because they know there is potential TV ops on the other end and a cross over into main stream, unlike trish who went in not knowing the brits wouldn't get her and didn't think about her outside image

Black Dagger 07-08-2018 09:09 PM

Messy being the tame word for a ****

lewys 07-08-2018 09:09 PM

jack maynard would have easily won in that series if he went in instead of trish due to the combination of his fan base n good looks, and would have brought in so many new n different viewers

glibberglobber 07-08-2018 09:11 PM

There's no scandal but

Dave Wol

Would be a nice addition to the house especially his interview with Emma

Trisha lives for instant fame and not the longevity so whilst she got front page headlines and a social media buzz for the duration of the series - most have forgotten her already.

Same as when she did AGT, Ellen etc. She wants quick and instant fame instead of a legacy to be remembered for.

LaLaLand 07-08-2018 09:14 PM

Oh nooooo I can't bare him! He comes across as such a twat, really cocky and a "LADS LADS WHEY" type of bloke. Smarmy like.

Dim diolch!

Wizard. 07-08-2018 09:16 PM

But does he know the Kardashians?

Glenn. 07-08-2018 09:16 PM

Trisha was possibly one of the worst hms in years.

-Took pizza over immunity (I think) , clearly no intention of winning just did it to get a British fanbase on her channel, same with the 'I ADOPTED TEN AFRICAN KIDS' video..

LaLaLand 07-08-2018 09:19 PM

He's basically Bear if he was from Birmingham.

THAT infuriating.

glibberglobber 07-08-2018 09:21 PM

Bear was one of the best HMs from CBB in recent years

- Funny, mischievous ..

- Survived eternal nomination... Clearly liked by the public!

- WON the series .. Liked by the British public

It's just the vibe he gives off. I really disliked him from the moment I watched MAFS. Just very smarmy, laddish, egotistical, list goes on.

Not my cuppa tea.

He also walks very weirdly, like has his legs wide open and kicks his feet. Like how Conor McGregor does that daft walk.

Bullying people isn't funny and only won because it was vote to save and a lot of viewers had already quit watching because of how trash he was blah blah yadda yadda

Anyway back to this other twatty z-lister

Jack Maynard should be in this series of CBB though over the likes of Ben whatever his surname is because Jack literally fits the theme more than anyone and was an actual celeb for a short period in the sense that he was recognised and had a following.

I still think we need Sam Pepper in there just to tare the little **** down.

Anyone who is saying Ben is a good choice to be on CBB needs to get a grip! Civillian BB yes because hes not been over exposed and only did a few episodes but CBB with the like of actual celebs? Its a joke and that's why people switch off because they feel producers are scraping the barrel.

She also did The Millionaire Matchmaker and was fat shamed by Patti...She seems like every other youtube fame ***** out there whos entertaining behind her laptop and cannot deliver in real life situations.

Very bitter and insecure woman.

maybe she snapped ! u may not think so but jack is too big for cbb now, he would hardly gain anything out of it for such a big commitment

What im saying is Jack fits the theme perfectly and hes not to big for CBB he has a following yes but there are a lot more relevant names linked and far more famous people than him have done the show in the past.

I think the thing he would gain if it turned out right for him this time is a slot on prime time tv again to show who he really is to the nation.

Eddie. 08-08-2018 08:52 AM

I actually know him, because I used to watch MAFS...
